Identity of Interests. As a condition of disbursement, Recipient shall execute a Certificate of Identity of Interest (“Certificate”) listing all relationships constituting an identity of interest with entities providing goods or services in connection with Recipient’s performance of the Scope of Work. The Certificate shall be in a form provided by the Department. At the Department’s request, Recipient shall submit contracts, instruments, documents, correspondence, or other writings relating to Recipient’s relationship with entities listed in the Certificate. The existence and nature of such relationships shall be subject to the review and approval of the Department to the extent necessary to ensure compliance with Program requirements and this Agreement. The execution of this Lease or the performance of any act or acts pursuant to the provisions hereof shall not be deemed to have the effect of creating between Landlord and Tenant any relationship of principal and agent, partnership, or relationship other than that of landlord and tenant.
