Identity Cards. The Government shall issue identity cards to Contractor personnel, after they are approved. Contractor personnel shall display identify card(s) on the uniform at all times while providing services under this contract. These identity cards are the property of the Government. The Contractor is responsible for their return at the end of the contract, when an employee leaves Contractor service, or at the request of the Government.
Identity Cards. The competent authorities of the receiving State shall, in accordance with its regulations, issue relevant identity cards to the members of the consular post and their family members, except those who are nationals or permanent residents of the receiving State.
Identity Cards. At the request of the Executive Director of the Council, the appropriate services of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation shall issue identity cards to those persons referred to in article 11 of this Agreement.
Identity Cards. 1. The Federal Department of Foreign Affairs shall give the ICRC, for the President, each member of the Committee and each staff member, an identity card bearing the photograph of the holder. This card, authenticated by the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs and the ICRC, shall serve to identify the holder vis-à-vis all federal, cantonal and communal authorities.
Identity Cards. The contractor will issue identity cards to his workers/supervisors after getting them verified by the Incharge (Housekeeping), CSIR-CCMB. Any worker found without identity card will not be permitted to enter the premises. He will post a supervisor at a specific point to receive & manage complaints and instructions.
Identity Cards. 11.1 The Service Provider shall only engage Service Provider Personnel in the provision of the Services who have been issued an Identity Card by the Authority in accordance with this clause 11 and all Service Provider’s Personnel shall visibly display an Identity Card at all times when engaged in the provision of the Services on a Route.
Identity Cards. The Secretariat staff shall be provided by the Government with a special identity card certifying the fact that they are officers or staff members of the Committee, enjoying the privileges and immunities specified in this Agreement.
Identity Cards. The Contractor shall obtain/renew Identity Cards of their personnel to be deployed inside Plant premises, which shall be required to display prominently during the period of their stay within the Plant premises and the Identity Cards shall have the information as demanded by BCPL Authorities. The personnel engaged by the Contractor shall be subject to security check [along with any accompanying baggage carried by them] by BCPL's security personnel while entering / leaving the premises. Within BCPL's premises, the Contractor's personnel shall not do any private / unauthorized work other than their normal duties. Contractor shall be directly responsible for any / all disputes arising between him and his personal and keep BCPL indemnified against all loses, damages and claims arising thereof.
Identity Cards. 17.1 The Ministry of Foreign Affairs shall issue identity cards and accreditation to staff members of the Institute in Spain who are not Spanish nationals or residents in Spain, and to their dependants living with them who are not engaged in any gainful activity. This card shall serve as a form of identification to the Spanish authorities.
Identity Cards. A6.6.1 The Contractor’s staff must be easily identifiable and must provide standard company issue identification to the Client’s staff, AOs, Examination Centres, Scanning Bureaus, Collation Providers and Markers upon request.
