Identifying Numbers. Merchant understands and agrees that FORTE may rely solely on identifying numbers provided by Merchant to determine the bank and/or account related to each Transaction even if the numbers identify a bank or account holder that differs from the one Merchant has identified by name.
Identifying Numbers. Merchant understands and agrees that BASE COMMERCE may rely solely on identifying numbers provided by Merchant to determine the bank and account of a Receiver even if the numbers identify a bank or account holder different from the one identified by Merchant. In addition to all other indemnity obligations contained elsewhere in this Agreement, Merchant shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless BASE COMMERCE for any claims, losses, liabilities, costs or expenses suffered or incurred (including attorneys’ fees and costs) as a result of an incorrect account or other identification.
Identifying Numbers. The Registrar shall notify the Principal Agent of the identifying numbers of the Bonds and the definitive Certificates which are issued and the same shall form the basis of the records to be kept by the Principal Agent.

If your Payment Order identifies the beneficiary by both a name and an identifying or bank account number, and the name and number identify different persons, execution of the Payment Order, payment to the beneficiary, or cancellation of the Payment Order may be made solely on the basis of the number. If your Payment Order identifies any bank by both a name and an identifying number and the number identifies a bank different from the bank identified by name, any bank may rely solely on the identifying number. In that instance, you are obligated to pay Bank the amount of the transfer originated by Bank on the basis of that Payment Order.

Supplier understands that Service Provider may rely solely on identifying numbers provided by Supplier to determine the financial institution or bank and account of Supplier even if the numbers identify an account holder different from the one Supplier identified by name. Supplier agrees to provide GHX with complete and accurate identifying numbers and update such identifying numbers as necessary to maintain completeness and accuracy.

If your Payment Instruction identifies the Receiver by both a name and an identifying or bank account number, and the name and number identify different persons, execution of the Payment Instruction, payment to the Receiver, or cancellation of the Payment Instruction may be made solely on the basis of the number. Identifying Numbers. Order number and vendor number (and Xxxxx's stock number if shown on the Order) must appear on all invoices, packages, packing slips or correspondence pertaining to this Order.

Identifying Numbers. In executing Payment Orders, the Branch shall rely exclusively on identifying or account numbers of a beneficiary, beneficiary's bank or intermediary bank rather than names even if both are identified. Likewise, payment of a Payment Order may be made by a beneficiary's bank on the basis of an identifying or Branch account number even if it identifies a person different from the named beneficiary. The Branch shall have no duty to detect any inconsistency between the name and any such number contained in a Payment Order. The Depositor shall be responsible for such inconsistencies and shall indemnify and hold the Branch harmless from any loss, liability, expense or damage it may incur as a result of such inconsistency, including without limitation, attorneys' fees and expenses.
