Identifying Number. ▪ We or any other bank involved in processing your Wire Transfer may process your request based on the account number and/or bank identification number alone, even if the numbers do not match the recipient’s or bank’s name. If you provide an incorrect account number for the recipient or an incorrect routing or identification number for the recipient’s bank, you could lose the amount of the Wire Transfer.

For married persons, each spouse who is eligible to open an HSA and wants to contribute to an HSA must establish his or her own account. We shall not be liable to you for any losses, damages, costs, penalties or expenses you incur as a result of your employer's failure to make any employer contributions to your HSA. Identifying Number. If your payment order identifies an intermediate bank, beneficiary bank, or beneficiary by name and number, we and every receiving or beneficiary bank may rely upon the identifying number rather than the name to make payment, even if the number identifies an intermediate bank or person different than the bank or beneficiary identified by name. Neither we nor any receiving or beneficiary bank have any responsibility to determine whether the name and identifying number refer to the same financial institution or person.
