Identify Current and Former LAUSD Officials. To ensure against conflict or improper influence resulting from employment of current or former LAUSD employees, Contractors and their Representatives shall disclose any of their employees, subcontractors or consultants who within the last three years have been or are employees of LAUSD. The disclosure will be in accordance with LAUSD guidelines and will include at a minimum the name of the former LAUSD employee(s), a list of the LAUSD positions the person held in the last three years, and the dates the person held those positions. Public agencies that provide contract services are not subject to this requirement.

  • Personal Liability of Public Officials In carrying out any of the provisions of this Contract or in exercising any power or authority granted to them hereby, there shall be no liability upon any Board member, official, their authorized representative, or any employee of the Authority, either personally or in their capacities as Board members or officials of the Authority, it being understood that in such matters they act as agents and representatives of the Authority.
