Identification of Users. 1. The Borrower will be required to identify in a completed Authorized Signatory Letter (ASL) duly delivered to and received by the Bank each person who will be authorized to deliver Applications. The Bank will provide SIDC to each person identified in the ASL (Signatory), as provided below. The Borrower shall also immediately notify the Bank if a Signatory is no longer authorized by the Borrower to act as a Signatory.

Identification of Users. Customer shall identify the Users to StreetLight and shall supply only Users identified to StreetLight with access to the Data Products and Subscribed Output. The Bank will provide Tokens to each person identified in the ASL (Signatory), as provided below. The Borrower shall also immediately notify the Bank if a Signatory is no longer authorized by the Borrower to act as a Signatory. Each Signatory must register as a user on the Bank’s Client Connection (CC) website (xxxxx://xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx ) prior to delivery of Tokens. Registration on CC will require that the Signatory establish a CC password (CC Password). The Signatory shall not reveal his/her CC Password to anyone or store or record the CC Password in written or other form. Upon registration as a CC user, the Signatory will be assigned a unique identifying account name.

  • Identification When performing work on District property, Contractor shall be in appropriate work attire (or uniform, if applicable) at all times. If Contractor does not have a specific uniform, then Contractor shall provide identification tags and/or any other mechanism the District in its sole discretion determines is required to easily identify Contractor. Contractor and its employees shall (i) display on their clothes the above-mentioned identifying information and (ii) carry photo identification and present it to any District personnel upon request. If Contractor cannot produce such identification or if the identification is unacceptable to District, District may provide at its sole discretion, District-produced identification tags to Contractor, costs to be borne by Contractor.
