IBM Machine a Machine bearing an IBM logo. IBM Product – an IBM Machine, ICA Program, or Other IBM Program. ICA Program – an IBM Program licensed under Part 5 of this Agreement. Licensed Internal Code (called “LIC”) – another term for Machine Code commonly used for certain IBM product lines, such as for IBM System z Machines. LIC and Machine Code are interchangeable terms that have the same meaning. Machine – a hardware device, including its resources, capabilities, features, conversions, Machine Upgrades, elements, or accessories, or any combination of them. The term "Machine" includes an IBM Machine and any non-IBM Machine (including other equipment). Machine Code – all of the following: (i) all code provided for an IBM Machine (including, without limitation, a Machine’s firmware and microcode), excluding code that is licensed under a license agreement other than the license agreement governing use of Machine Code (for example, IBM operating system and middleware products); and (ii) records, data, and structures created, used or relied on by the code in item (i) (for example, IBM System z Machine LIC configuration control records and passwords that help restrict access or use of the code in item (i)). The term Machine Code specifically includes any whole or partial copy of Machine Code, and any fix, patch, or replacement provided for Machine Code. Machine Upgrade – the following changes that IBM sells for installation on a Machine: a hardware or Machine Code change to modify, add, remove, enable or disable certain Built-in Capacity or other resources and capabilities. Each such change can be accomplished through a Machine conversion, or through the conversion, addition, removal, or exchange of a Machine’s feature(s). Materials – literary works or other works of authorship (such as software programs and code, documentation, reports, and similar works) that IBM may deliver to Customer as part of a Service. The term “Materials" does not include Programs, Machine Code, or other items available under their own license terms or agreements. Non-IBM Program – a Program licensed under a separate third party license agreement.

The term “Machine Code” includes LIC.   • Vending Machines Seller shall remove all monies from all vending machines, laundry machines, pay telephones and other coin-operated equipment as of the Cut-Off Time and shall retain all monies collected therefrom as of the Cut-Off Time, and Purchaser shall be entitled to any monies collected therefrom after the Cut-Off Time.

  • Automated Teller Machines We do not accept deposits at ATMs that we do not own or operate. Funds from deposits (cash or checks) made at automated teller machines (ATMs) we own or operate will follow the same availability schedule as making a deposit in person to one of our employees, except that same day availability may not apply to the items noted. These deposits may be available the first day after the day of deposit.

  • PATROL VIDEO SYSTEMS 2 1. As part of the law enforcement services to be provided to CITY, COUNTY 3 has provided, or will provide, patrol video systems (hereinafter called “PVS”) 4 that are or will be mounted in patrol vehicles designated by COUNTY for 5 use within CITY service area.

  • School Equipment The Association shall have the right to use audio-visual and/or duplicating equipment provided all costs incurred therewith are paid for by the Association. Association use of school equipment shall not interfere with school use. The building principal must approve any Association use that involves a cost.

  • Integrated Digital Loop Carriers The feeder portion of some loops may be provide by means of Integrated Digital Loop Carrier (IDLC). IDLC provides a fiber optic cable transmission path that travels directly into BellSouth’s central office local switch. Where BellSouth uses IDLC ,if technically feasible and capacity does exist, BST will provide Al-Call with a Designed DS0 UVL by using alternative provisioning techniques including but not limited to such as “hairpinning” and DAC grooming. Alternative provisioning techniques will be provided at no additional cost to Al-Call . Hairpinning involves providing a DS0 signal from an IDLC-served loop to Al-Call ’s collocation equipment by using a dedicated pathway that traverses BellSouth’s central office switch. BellSouth will provide such DS0 signal to Al-Call by establishing a copper cross connect between the BellSouth switch and Al-Call ’s collocation equipment.

  • Customer Equipment Customer represents and warrants that it owns or has the legal right and authority, and will continue to own or maintain the legal right and authority during the term of this Agreement, to place and use the Customer Equipment as contemplated by this Agreement. Customer further represents and warrants that its placement, arrangement, and use of the Customer Equipment in the Internet Data Centers complies with the Customer Equipment Manufacturer's environmental and other specifications.

  • Durable Medical Equipment Durable Medical Equipment is equipment that is Medically Necessary for treatment of an illness or Accidental Injury or to prevent further deterioration. This equipment is designed for repeated use and used to treat a medical condition or illness, and includes items such as oxygen equipment, functional wheelchairs, and crutches. Durable Medical Equipment may require Prior Authorization. Only Durable Medical Equipment considered standard and/or basic as defined by nationally recognized guidelines are Covered.

  • Software Components At any time during the contract period of performance, the Government may require the Contractor to remedy any failure of the software to comply with the requirements of this contract. Support shall consist of correction of errors, provision of modifications, improvements, and other products the original manufacturer makes available to the Government without charge. The Government shall also be provided full documentation of changes and/or modifications to the software provided to meet the Government's requirements.

  • Electrical Equipment Residents must use only CSA, UL-approved or Canadian-certified electrical equipment; the rated wattage of light fixtures must never be exceeded; and only replacement bulbs supplied by Waterloo maintenance staff may be used. Do not leave any unattended electrical equipment turned on (i.e. hair straighteners, lights etc.)

  • SPECIAL TOOLS & TEST EQUIPMENT If the price stated on the Offer includes the cost of any special tooling or special test equipment fabricated or required by the Contractor for the purpose of filling this order, such special tooling equipment and any process sheets related thereto shall become the property of the City and shall be identified by the Contractor as such.
