I PURPOSE. 1.01 The purpose of this Agreement is to provide orderly collective bargaining relations between the employer and its employees covered by this Agreement through the Union to secure prompt and fair disposition of grievances, to secure the efficient operation of the employer's business without interruption or interference with work and to provide fair wages, hours and working conditions for the employees. It is recognized by this Agreement to be the desire of the employer, the Union and the employees to cooperate fully, individually and collectively for the advancement of the said conditions.

I PURPOSE. The purpose of this agreement is to secure for the City and its citizens leadership, coordination, and support services for sustainability efforts directed at carbon emission reduction and promoting sustainable community practices. SCOPE OF SERVICES ISU, through its Director of Sustainability, shall assist City staff in the implementation of conservation efforts and other sustainable practices by planning, implementing, and carrying out the following programs or initiatives:

I PURPOSE. The purpose of this Agreement is to facilitate the modernization and enhancement of the lighting system for the Pasco - Kennewick Intercity Cable Bridge ("Bridge") to promote tourism and economic development (“Project”). The existing lighting system of the Bridge shall be replaced with state-of-the-art LED lighting fixtures. These fixtures will allow for dynamic and programmable lighting effects, controlled remotely from an offsite computer program.

The purpose of this Agreement is to maintain a harmonious relationship between the New Democratic Party Federal Office and its Employees, to define clearly the hours of work, rates of pay, and conditions of employment; to provide for an amicable method of settling differences; to promote the mutual interest of the Federal Office and its Employees; to promote and maintain such conditions of employment; in recognition whereof, the parties hereto covenant and agree as follows:
I PURPOSE. The Parties hereto have enjoyed a well-established and synergistic business relationship whereby Amkor and CIL and their respective Affiliates have established numerous relationships with semiconductor companies to provide integrated circuit packaging and test services. A substantial portion of these services has been performed by AICL, who, in turn, has relied on Amkor and CIL for their worldwide marketing and sales capabilities. The purpose of this Agreement is to establish a long-term arrangement between the Parties to provide Packaging Services to the semiconductor industry. The Parties believe that such a long-term relationship, under the terms and conditions of this Agreement, is necessary to assure their respective long-term profitability and growth and is in their respective best interests.
I PURPOSE. The general purpose of this Agreement is to establish mutually satisfactory relations between the Company and its employees and to provide machinery for the prompt and equitable disposition of grievances, and to establish and maintain satisfactory working conditions, hours of work and wages for all employeeswho are subject to the provisions of this Agreement. The company and the union shall hold Labour Management meetings at mutually agreeable times upon request of either
