I nspection. Before delivering the Goods, Supplier shall carefully inspect and test them for compliance with the Order. Supplier shall keep a proper record of all such inspections and tests and shall supply Amgen with copies of such records on request. Amgen shall have the right at all reasonable times to inspect and test the Goods while under the control of Supplier prior to acceptance. Notwithstanding any such inspection or testing by Amgen, Supplier shall remain fully responsible for the Goods. Failure to exercise right of inspection does not relieve Supplier of any obligation to furnish Goods or Deliverables, as applicable in accordance with this Agreement. 2.2

I nspection. Buyer shall inspect the Goods within ten (10) days of receipt (the “I nspection Period”). Buyer will be deemed to have accepted the Goods unless it notifies Seller in writing of any Nonconforming Goods during the Inspection Period and furnishes such written evidence or other documentation as reasonably required by Seller. “ Nonconforming Goods” means only the following: (a) the product shipped is different than identified in Buyer’s Order; or (b) a product’s label or packaging incorrectly identifies its contents. If Buyer timely notifies Seller of any Nonconforming Goods, Seller shall, in its sole discretion, (i) replace such Nonconforming Goods with conforming Goods, or (ii) credit or refund the price for such Nonconforming Goods, together with any reasonable shipping and handling expenses incurred by Buyer in connection therewith. Buyer shall ship, at its expense and risk of loss, the Nonconforming Goods to Seller’s designated plant or facility. If Seller exercises its option to replace Nonconforming Goods, Seller shall, after receiving Buyer’s shipment of Nonconforming Goods, ship to Buyer, at Seller’s expense and risk of loss, the replaced Goods to the delivery point identified in the original Order. Buyer acknowledges and agrees that the remedies set forth in this Section are Buyer’s exclusive remedies for the delivery of Nonconforming Goods.
I nspection. Any claims for a defective product by Dealer for any defect which could be reasonably discovered through visible inspection must be made in writing and sent to Sound within three (3) business days after the date of receipt of such Products.
I nspection. The Village shall have the right to inspect, or to have inspected by its representative, any Goods, material, component equipment, supplies or specified herein before acceptance. Any of said items or Goods not complying with the Contract Documents are subject to rejection at no cost to the Village. Any items or Goods rejected shall be removed from the Village and replaced at the sole expense of the Supplier. The fact that such inspection may or may not have occurred shall not relieve the Sponsor, the contractor, the construction lender, the architect, the structural engineer, the locality or anyone else of any obligation to inspect the Affordable Housing Development.

I nspection. The Company is entitled to take a reasonable period of time to inspect Goods and Services after delivery.
I nspection. During the period of const ruction of Project Facilit ies, the Engineer shall inspect the Project Highway at least once a month and make a report of such inspection (the "I nspection Report ") stating in reasonable detail the defects or deficiencies, if any, with particular reference to the Scope of the Project and Specifications and Standards. I t shall send a copy of the I nspection Report to the Government and the Concessionaire within 7 (seven) days of such inspection and upon receipt thereof, the Concessionaire shall rectify and remedy the defects or deficiencies, if any, stated in the Inspection Report. Such inspection or submission of I nspection Report by the Engineer shall not relieve or absolve the Concessionaire of its obligations and liabilities hereunder in any manner whatsoever.
I nspection. 16.2.1 The Engineer shall inspect the Project Highway before the 20 th (twentieth) day of each month for which prior notice of minimum four (4) days shall served to the Concessionaire and it shall have the option to undertake inspection jointly with the Concessionaire or his authorized Representative. I t shall make a report of such inspection ( the "O&M I nspection Report ") stating in reasonable detail the defects or deficiencies, if any, with reference to the Maintenance Requirements, Maintenance Manual, the Maintenance Programme and Safety Requirements with particular reference to defects and deficiencies mentioned in Annex-I I to Schedule-F, and send a copy thereof to the Government and the Concessionaire within 5 (five) days of such inspection.
