Hydrographic Surveys. A-E shall perform Hydrographic Surveys to measure and depict the physical features of the earth’s surface underwater. This is done with Hydro Rods, Multi Beam, and Single beam Echo Sounders, and an array of different vessels used to carry these sophisticated instruments. Deliverables are normally contour maps with electronic Tin Surfaces.

Hydrographic Surveys. DocuSign Envelope ID: 416E67DA-07D8-4514-8A5E-E2D2BDF7D4D8 A-E shall perform Hydrographic Surveys in conformance with COUNTY SURVEYOR needs and standards. Hydrographic are performed to measure and description the physical features of the navigable portion of the earth’s surface [seas] and adjoining coastal areas, with special reference to their use for the purpose of navigation.
Hydrographic Surveys. (a) As already brought out at clause 1.6 above, IWAI is conducting regular longitudinal thalweg surveys in the entire stretch of NW-2 every fortnight and issues river notices to disseminate navigational information to the users and other stakeholders of the waterway. XXXX also carries out detailed pre & post hydrographic surveys at bandals and dredging sites as and when required. Further, IWAI also carries out hydrographic surveys in front of various terminals from time to time. Soft or hard copies (as available) of all these hydrographic survey details shall be provided by XXXX to the selected Consultant on demand on written request with justification, free of cost, provided the EIC is convinced that these are indeed required for carrying out any part of the scope of work of this Contract;
Hydrographic Surveys. Hydrographic surveys will be taken of the area of the proposed M10 and SS1 as input to the design of the sites and determination of the estimated capacity. Transects will be established for the hydrographic survey that will be used for repeating the survey over time as the dikes are constructed and the sites are filled in the future. Since SS2 is an upland site, hydrographic surveys are not required at this location.
Hydrographic Surveys. Hydrographic surveys will be undertaken on the different routes by the concerned Government, if so desired by the other. Survey maps relating to the routes traversed by inter-country or transit traffic will be made available to the operators actually engaged in the traffic.

  • SERVICE MONITORING, ANALYSES AND ORACLE SOFTWARE 11.1 We continuously monitor the Services to facilitate Oracle’s operation of the Services; to help resolve Your service requests; to detect and address threats to the functionality, security, integrity, and availability of the Services as well as any content, data, or applications in the Services; and to detect and address illegal acts or violations of the Acceptable Use Policy. Oracle monitoring tools do not collect or store any of Your Content residing in the Services, except as needed for such purposes. Oracle does not monitor, and does not address issues with, non-Oracle software provided by You or any of Your Users that is stored in, or run on or through, the Services. Information collected by Oracle monitoring tools (excluding Your Content) may also be used to assist in managing Oracle’s product and service portfolio, to help Oracle address deficiencies in its product and service offerings, and for license management purposes.

  • Geological and Archeological Specimens If, during the execution of the Work, the Contractor, any Subcontractor, or any servant, employee, or agent of either should uncover any valuable material or materials, such as, but not limited to, treasure trove, geological specimens, archival material, archeological specimens, or ore, the Contractor acknowledges that title to the foregoing is vested in the Owner. The Contractor shall notify the Owner upon the discovery of any of the foregoing, shall take reasonable steps to safeguard it, and seek further instruction from the Design Professional. Any additional cost incurred by the Contractor shall be addressed under the provision for changed conditions. The Contractor agrees that the Geological and Water Resources Division and the Historic Preservation Division of the Georgia Department of Natural Resources may inspect the Work at reasonable times.

  • Sites Sites shall mean the locations set forth in the Contract Documentation.

  • Engineering Forest Service completed survey and design for Specified Roads prior to timber sale advertisement, unless otherwise shown in A8 or Purchaser survey and design are specified in A7. On those roads for which Forest Service completes the design during the contract, the design quantities shall be used as the basis for revising estimated costs stated in the Schedule of Items and adjusting Timber Sale Account. Forest Service engineering shall be completed according to the schedule in A8. Should Forest Service be unable to perform the designated survey and design by the completion date or other agreed to time, upon written agreement, Purchaser shall assume responsibility for such work. In such event, Contracting Officer shall revise:

  • Geotechnical Investigation Perform in accordance with the City Design Manual and other City requirements as designated in writing by the Director.

  • Polygraph Examinations No employee shall be compelled to submit to a polygraph examination against his/her will. No disciplinary action or other recrimination shall be taken against an employee refusing to submit to a polygraph examination, nor shall any comment be entered anywhere in the investigator’s notes or anywhere else that the employee refused to take a polygraph examination, nor shall any testimony or evidence be admissible at a subsequent hearing, trial, or proceeding, judicial or administrative, to the effect that the employee refused to take a polygraph examination.
