HUB Subcontracting Plan. Contractor, as a provision of the Agreement must comply and adhere to the HUB Subcontracting Plan submitted by Contractor in response to the RFP, which is attached and incorporated as Appendix 3. No changes to the HUB Subcontracting Plan can be made by the Contractor without the prior written approval of the Owner.
