Common use of HSR Filing Clause in Contracts

HSR Filing. Promptly following the date hereof, Sprint will make ---------- all filings with and give all notices to governmental or regulatory authorities required of Sprint pursuant to the Xxxx-Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976, as amended ("HSR Act"), in connection with consummating the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
