HSA Debit Card. If you will be using your debit card to access a Health Savings Account (HSA), portions of this Agreement governed by Regulation E will not apply. A HSA account is defined by the IRS as a trust account, and therefore is not covered under Reg E. But portions of this Agreement such as Visa “0” liability for unauthorized use for example, do apply. Funds to cover your card purchases will be deducted from your checking account. You may use your card and personal identification number (PIN) in ATMs of the Credit Union, Pulse and Cirrus networks, and such other machines or facilities as the Credit Union may designate. At the present time, you may also use your card to: - Withdraw funds from your HSA checking accounts. - Obtain balance information for your HSA checking accounts. - Make point-of-sale (POS) transactions with your card and personal identification number (PIN) to purchase goods or services at merchants that accept Mastercard. - Order goods or services by mail or telephone from places that accept Mastercard. The following limitations on HSA Debit Card transactions may apply: - There is no limit to the number of cash withdrawals you may make in any one (1) day from an ATM machine. - You may withdraw up to a maximum of $1,000.00 in any one (1) day from an ATM machine, if there are sufficient funds in your account. - There is no limit on the number of POS transactions you may make in any one (1) day. - You may purchase up to a maximum of $2,000.00 from POS terminals per day, if there are sufficient funds in your account. - For security purposes, there are other limits on the frequency and amount of transfers available at ATMs. - See Section 2 for transfer limitations that may apply to these transactions.

At the present time, you may also use your card to: • Make deposits to your health savings checking account. • Withdraw funds from your health savings checking account. • Transfer funds from your health savings checking account. • Obtain balance information from your health savings checking account. • Make a point-of-sale (POS) transactions with your card and personal identification number (PIN) to purchase goods or services at merchants that accept MasterCard. • Order goods or services by mail or telephone from places that accept Mastercard. The following limitations on HSA Debit Card transactions: • There is no limit on the number of HSA Debit Card purchases you make per day. • Purchase amounts are limited to the amount in your account. • You may purchase up to a maximum of $1500 per day. • There is no limit in the number of POS transactions you may make in any one (1) day. • You may transfer up to the available amount at the time of the transfer. • See Transfer Limitation section for transfer limitations that may apply to these transactions.
HSA Debit Card. You may use your Health Savings Account (HSA) Debit Card only for normal distributions (i.e., distributions to pay for qualified medical expenses at any establishment). We may limit the amount of your purchases to the amount that is available in your account at the time of purchase. We will report to the IRS all distributions made via the debit card as a normal distribution. It is your responsibility to ensure that funds are used only for qualified medical expenses as stated in your HSA Custodial Account Agreement. The HSA Debit Card permits withdrawals from the ATM to reimburse yourself for expenses you paid out-of-pocket. You agree to pay all transactions to your Checking Account that are made by you or anyone whom you authorize to use your HSA Debit Card. The HSA does not have overdraft features. Should you overdraw your account, you will be subject to fees as noted in the Fee Schedule.
HSA Debit Card. HSA debit card use is restricted to health care providers and merchants providing qualified medical products and services such as doctors’ offices, pharmacies, and medical supply stores. Any medical service provider or health care merchant that accepts MasterCard or STAR accepts your HSA debit card. When using the Credit Union HSA debit card to access your Health Savings Account (HSA), portions of this Agreement governed by Regulation E will not apply. A Health Savings Account as defined by the IRS is a trust account, and therefore is not covered under Regulation E. You agree to use the HSA debit card in accordance with the HSA agreement. Funds to cover purchases paid with the HSA debit card will be deducted from your Credit Union Health Savings Account (HSA). The Credit Union does not guarantee that all approved payments made with the HSA debit card are, in fact, qualified medical expenses. At present time, you may use the HSA debit card to purchase qualified medical products and services as follows: ❖ Point-of-sale (POS) purchase transactions with your card and personal identification number (PIN) from health care providers and merchants that accept the HSA debit card. ❖ Point-of-sale (POS) purchase transactions with your card and signature from health care providers and merchants that accept the HSA debit card. ❖ When ordering qualified medical products and services online, by mail, or by telephone. The following limitations on HSA debit card transactions may apply: ❖ Use of the card is restricted to the payment of medical expenses incurred under a high-deductible health plan. ❖ Use of the card is restricted to health care service providers and merchants providing qualified health care products and services. ❖ You may make no more than 10 purchases per day with the HSA debit card. ❖ Purchase amounts are limited and will not exceed the amount in your account. The Credit Union will not authorize overdraft coverage with the HSA debit card. ❖ Your HSA debit card will not work at ATMs. It is important that you report a lost or stolen HSA debit card and unauthorized HSA debit card purchases immediately to limit your liability for losses. To report a lost or stolen HSA debit card or unauthorized card transactions on your HSA account call (000) 000-0000.

If the balance in your account is not sufficient to pay the transaction amount, the Credit Union may pay the amount and treat the transaction as a request to transfer funds from other deposit accounts, approved overdraft protection accounts or loan accounts that you have established with the Credit Union. At the present time, you may also use your Card to: • Make deposits to your share savings and checking accounts. • Transfer funds from your share savings and checking accounts. • Obtain balance information for your share savings and checking accounts. • Make certain loan payments from your share savings and checking accounts. • Access your Personal Line of Credit account. • Make POS (Point-of-Sale) transactions with your Card and PIN (Personal Identification Number) to purchase goods or services at merchants that accept Visa. • Order goods or services by mail, Internet or telephone from places that accept Visa. • Some functions may be limited at non-proprietary ATMs; features may be limited to POS only, according to merchant. • Withdraw funds from your share savings and checking accounts. The following limitations on the frequency and amount of Visa Debit Card transactions may apply: • You may make 15 Debit Card purchases per day. • You may purchase up to a maximum of $3,500.00 per day. • You may make 15 cash withdrawals in any one (1) day from an ATM machine. • You may withdraw up to a maximum of $500.00 in any one (1) day from an ATM machine, if there are sufficient funds in your account. • You may make 15 POS transactions in any one (1) day. • You may purchase up to a maximum of $3,500.00 from POS terminals per day, if there are sufficient funds in your account. • You may transfer up to the available balance in your accounts at the time of the transfer. • If you incur a charge in a currency other than U.S. dollars, the charge will be converted into the US dollar amount. Please see the Foreign Transactions section below. Also, transactions in certain countries may be blocked and will require a manual or verbal authorization for approval. Please check with us prior to departure to determine if your destination country is atfected. However, the right to deny such transactions is within our sole discretion and atfected countries may change at any time.

  • Debit Card You may use your debit card to purchase goods and services any place your debit card is honored by participating merchants. You agree that you will not use your debit card for any transaction that is illegal under applicable federal, state or local law. Funds to cover your debit card purchases will be deducted from your checking account. If the balance in your account is not sufficient to pay the transaction amount, the credit union will pay the amount and treat the transaction as a request to transfer funds from other deposit accounts, approved overdraft protection accounts or loan accounts that you have established with the Credit Union. If you initiate a transaction that overdraws your account, you agree to make immediate payment of any overdrafts together with any service charges to the Credit Union. In the event of repeated overdrafts, the Credit Union may terminate all services under this Agreement. You may use your debit card and PIN (Personal Identification Number) in automated teller machines of the Credit Union, CO-OP Network, and such other machines or facilities as the Credit Union may designate. At the present time, you may also use your debit card to: • Make deposits to your savings, checking and credit accounts. • Withdraw funds from your savings and accounts. • Transfer funds from your savings, checking and credit accounts. • Obtain balance information for your savings, checking and credit accounts. • Make loan payments from your savings, checking and credit accounts. • Access your Transfer Line of Credit or other line of credit account. • Make POS (Point-of-Sale) transactions with your debit card and PIN (Personal Identification Number) to purchase goods or services at merchants that accept Visa. • Order goods or services by mail or telephone from places that accept Visa. • Pay bills directly by telephone from your checking or savings account in the amounts and on the days you request The following limitations on the frequency and amount of debit card transactions may apply: • There may be a limit on the number of debit card purchases you make per day. • You may transfer up to the available balance in your accounts at the time of the transfer. You may not transfer more than the available balance. • See the Section called “Transfer Limitations” for transfer limitations that may apply to these transactions. • There are daily withdrawal and purchase limits. You will be notified of these limits by the credit union before you receive your access card.

  • Credit Card If you choose to pay by credit card, you will be prompted to provide your credit card information and will be presented with a screen that reflects the amount of your subscription, the amount of fees that would be charged by the credit card issuer for the transaction and the total amount payable.

  • ATM Card If approved, you may use your card and personal identification number (PIN) in automated teller machines (ATMs) of the Credit Union, Instant Cash, and Cirrus® networks, and such other machines or facilities as the Credit Union may designate. For ATM transactions, you must consent to the Credit Union’s overdraft protection plan in order for the transaction amount to be covered under the plan. Without your consent, the Credit Union may not authorize and pay an overdraft resulting from these types of transactions. Services and fees for ATM overdrafts are shown in the document the Credit Union uses to capture the member’s opt-in choice for overdraft protection and the Schedule of Fees and Charges. At the present time, you may use your card to: - Make deposits to your savings and checking accounts. - Withdraw funds from your savings and checking accounts. - Transfer funds from your savings and checking accounts. - Obtain balance information for your savings and checking accounts. - Make point-of-sale (POS) transactions with your card and personal identification number (PIN) to purchase goods or services at POS terminals that carry Instant Cash, and Cirrus® network logo(s). - Access your Overdraft Protection account. The following limitations on ATM Card transactions may apply: - There is no limit on the number of cash withdrawals you may make in any one (1) day. - You may withdraw up to a maximum of $500.00 in any one (1) day, if there are sufficient funds in your account. - There is no limit on the number of POS transactions you may make in any one (1) day. - For security purposes, there are other limits on the frequency and amount of transfers available at ATMs. - You may transfer up to the available balance in your accounts at the time of the transfer. - See Section 2 for transfer limitations that may apply to these transactions. Because of the servicing schedule and processing time required in ATM operations, there may be a delay between the time a deposit (either cash or check) is made and when it will be available for withdrawal.

  • Secondary Cardholder You may not request an additional Card for another person.

For ATM and one-time debit card transactions, you must consent to the Credit Union’s overdraft protection plan in order for the transaction amount to be covered under the plan.   • Credit Card Payments If You pay for the APEX Service using a credit card (to the extent available), then: (a) You authorize Dell to periodically charge Your credit card for the APEX Service fees; (b) You will be subject to any additional terms presented to You by the third-party credit card payment processor (which will be the merchant of record for that transaction); and (c) You are responsible for keeping Your credit card information up to date. You agree that Dell may request that Your credit card payment issuer pre-authorize and hold an amount equal to the next recurring fee (or an estimate if the fee is variable) for the APEX Service in advance of its due date.

  • Client Accounts 17.1 It is agreed and understood that the types of the different Client Accounts offered by the Company and the characteristics of such Client Accounts are found on the Website and are subject to change at the Company’s discretion and according to paragraph 43 hereunder.

  • Mastercard Purchases and cash withdrawals made in foreign currencies will be debited from your account in U.S. dollars. The exchange rate used to convert foreign currency transactions to U.S. dollars is either a government-mandated exchange rate or a wholesale exchange rate and is selected by MasterCard. The rate MasterCard uses for a particular transaction is the rate MasterCard selects for the applicable currency on the day the transaction is processed. This rate may differ from the rate applicable on the date the transaction occurred or was posted to your account. A fee of up to 1.00% will be charged on all transactions completed outside of the United States, where the cardholder’s country code differs from the merchant’s country code. All fees are calculated based on the transaction amount after it is converted to U.S. dollars. These fees are charged except where excluded.
