HR Services Sample Clauses

HR Services. The Human Resources Division is a resource for the provision of specialist HR advice and support, including putting in place the necessary employment framework, e.g. employment policies, procedures, advice and training, to support Head teachers to maximise the performance for their employees. HR also directly assists with the most difficult aspects of managing people. The HR Manager and HR Officers will provide professional HR advice and support in the following areas of workforce related activity, always having regard to agreed priorities:

HR Services. The Client hereby requests and authorizes PrimePay to provide access to PrimePay’s HR system which provides employee Human Resource (HR) administrative record keeping services.

HR Services. We authorize PrimePay to provide access to its integrated HR Services platform and its associated software functionality as an included feature with its payroll service pursuant to the terms provided in Section 11 below. 12. ProfitKeeper. We wish to utilize the ProfitKeeper service and agree to the terms and conditions set forth in Section 11 below.

We authorize PrimePay to provide access to “PrimePay Time” Time & Labor Management online service platform and its associated software functionality as an included feature with its payroll service pursuant to the terms provided in Section 10 below as well as all advanced calculation rules, electronic time off requests, and on-line time clock.

HR Services. 1.9.1 The following definitions apply for the purposes of this paragraph 1.9:

HR Services. This Section sets forth descriptions of all of the HR Services provided by Provider. The specific HR Service(s) that are being provided to User are set forth in the applicable Order Form, along with any fees associated therewith. • Level 1 HR: Provider’s human resource professionals are made available via telephone and email to consult on various human resource matters, including but not limited to, employee conflicts, employee performance, and employee terminations. At User’s request, Provider will provide the following services: o Creation/Development of Company Handbook: Create or review one single-state Company Handbook per calendar year. If User has employees in more than one state, Provider will, for an additional fee as determined by Provider, periodically create or review state addendums, and if requested by User provide annual regulatory updates.

HR Services. Manager shall provide HR services (whether inhouse or by engaging HR contractors that have experience providing HR services in the State of Michigan).

HR Services. Purchaser shall provide the Company with the human resources support and services and shall assist the Company in the training of a new human resources employee to be designated by the Company and in transitioning such services to the Company (the "HR Services").

HR Services a) Sellers Recruiter: Sellers to assist Calian Corp. for any open requisitions that existed at closing. b) Sellers Recruiting software: AVCT to forward candidates to Calian Corp. in good faith or alternatively that Calian has access to SW for one hundred twenty (120) days.
