HR Services. The Human Resources Division is a resource for the provision of specialist HR advice and support, including putting in place the necessary employment framework, e.g. employment policies, procedures, advice and training, to support Head teachers to maximise the performance for their employees. HR also directly assists with the most difficult aspects of managing people. The HR Manager and HR Officers will provide professional HR advice and support in the following areas of workforce related activity, always having regard to agreed priorities:

HR Services. The Client hereby requests and authorizes PrimePay to provide access to PrimePay’s HR system which provides employee Human Resource (HR) administrative record keeping services.

HR Services. We authorize PrimePay to provide access to its integrated HR Services platform and its associated software functionality as an included feature with its payroll service pursuant to the terms provided in Section 11 below. 12.

HR Services. Notwithstanding anything in the Transition Services Agreement, Seller shall provide to Buyer prior to Closing the data and information necessary for Buyer to establish all of the human resource services and functions necessary for the Business as of Closing (such services and functions, the “HR Functions”). Buyer shall accept the transfer of such data and establish such HR Functions as of the Closing Date and shall provide all assistance reasonably required by Seller as is necessary for Seller to provide the data and information to permit Buyer to establish the HR Functions on the Closing Date.

HR Services a) Sellers Recruiter: Sellers to assist Calian Corp. for any open requisitions that existed at closing. b) Sellers Recruiting software: AVCT to forward candidates to Calian Corp. in good faith or alternatively that Calian has access to SW for one hundred twenty (120) days.

HR Services. Purchaser shall provide the Company with the human resources support and services and shall assist the Company in the training of a new human resources employee to be designated by the Company and in transitioning such services to the Company (the "HR Services").

HR Services. Provider’s obligation to operate and maintain the systems, hardware, software and other assets (including licenses) shall include, without limitation (i) providing system administration services, (ii) ensuring systems availability, (iii) performing break/fix, troubleshooting and problem resolution, and (iv) obtaining and installing software upgrades required to maintain vendor support.

HR Services. Salinas shall, with the commercially reasonable efforts of Livacich and VBF, provide HR services (either directly or by engaging a subcontractor for HR services), which services may include, without limitation: (1) advising and assisting VBF in the development and administration of HR policies and programs relating to the relevant labor relations, personnel administration, wage and salary administration, and safety; (2) directing and administering VBF’s medical, health, and employee benefit and pension programs; (3) administering sickness prevention programs; (4) advising in the implementation of all HR policies and programs; (5) preparing and maintaining records, statistical data, and reports pertinent to applicable HR policies and programs; (6) perform background checks on candidates for hire; (7) additional HR services that are mutually agreed upon by the Parties, and, (8) maintain current qualified staffing levels, including the participation of Livacich, to assist Salinas in its provision of the Services.
