HR Services. The Client hereby requests and authorizes PrimePay to provide access to PrimePay’s HR system which provides employee Human Resource (HR) administrative record keeping services.
HR Services. The Human Resources Division is a resource for the provision of specialist HR advice and support, including putting in place the necessary employment framework, e.g. employment policies, procedures, advice and training, to support Head teachers to maximise the performance for their employees. HR also directly assists with the most difficult aspects of managing people. The HR Manager and HR Officers will provide professional HR advice and support in the following areas of workforce related activity, always having regard to agreed priorities:

HR Services. This Section sets forth descriptions of all of the HR Services provided by Provider. The specific HR Service(s) that are being provided to User are set forth in the applicable Order Form, along with any fees associated therewith. • Level 1 HR: Provider’s human resource professionals are made available via telephone and email to consult on various human resource matters, including but not limited to, employee conflicts, employee performance, and employee terminations. At User’s request, Provider will provide the following services: o Creation/Development of Company Handbook: Create or review one single-state Company Handbook per calendar year. If User has employees in more than one state, Provider will, for an additional fee as determined by Provider, periodically create or review state addendums, and if requested by User provide annual regulatory updates.

PrimePay Time. PrimePay offers PrimePay Time as its automated Time & Labor Management (TLM) service. We authorize PrimePay to provide access to “PrimePay Time” Time & Labor Management online service platform and its associated software functionality as an included feature with its payroll service pursuant to the terms provided in Section 10 below as well as all advanced calculation rules, electronic time off requests, and on-line time clock. 11.
HR Services. Employee benefits data and vendor feeds. - Arrangement for pension and retiree health and welfare calculations, processing and set-ups. - Arrangement for pension payments. - Management of the HR Services Delivery Project.
HR Services. Salinas shall, with the commercially reasonable efforts of Livacich and VBF, provide HR services (either directly or by engaging a subcontractor for HR services), which services may include, without limitation: (1) advising and assisting VBF in the development and administration of HR policies and programs relating to the relevant labor relations, personnel administration, wage and salary administration, and safety; (2) directing and administering VBF’s medical, health, and employee benefit and pension programs; (3) administering sickness prevention programs; (4) advising in the implementation of all HR policies and programs; (5) preparing and maintaining records, statistical data, and reports pertinent to applicable HR policies and programs; (6) perform background checks on candidates for hire; (7) additional HR services that are mutually agreed upon by the Parties, and, (8) maintain current qualified staffing levels, including the participation of Livacich, to assist Salinas in its provision of the Services.
HR Services. During the Transition Period Pharmagistics shall provide RVA up to 120 hours of HR support per month in 2007 and up to 60 hours of HR support per month in 2008. The HR services shall include benefits administration, including maintaining records of medical, dental and disability insurance coverage and 401(k) plan participation; processing new enrollees, changes and terminations; distribution of mandatory benefit plan related material to all eligible employees; Workers Compensation and general liability insurance, including maintaining records of coverage and ensuring proper level of coverage to meet client-specific and state requirements; employee relations, including conducting exit interviews and process-related communications such as COBRA coverage notification, benefit termination information and final pay calculation; maintaining personnel files, human relations communications, including offer letters, new-hire packets, promotion and adjustment letters, performance improvement letters, termination letters and policy-related information; background investigation, including conducting thorough seven-year background investigation for all field employees and ensuring that all client requirements are satisfied; ensuring that all new hires satisfy drug screening requirements; assist with the development of job descriptions for internal corporate employees, assist in developing recruitment plan and website use, ensure that all new hires are eligible for employment in the United States; new hire orientation including review of employee/employer information, benefit plans and other personnel matters and ensure that all new hires return new hire documentation relating to payroll, benefits and policies; policy development and administration including development of company policies and procedures and ensuring consistent, unbiased implementation of policies and procedures; and legal compliance and support, including ensuring compliance with federal and state legislation pertaining to personnel matters, monitoring practices and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, EEOC compliance and minority business compliance (collectively, the “HR Services”).
