How to get help. The inmate requesting medical services should fill out a Medical Services Request Form (previously called a “Sick Call Request”), sign, date, and place the completed form in the designated area in the unit. The Medical Services Request Form will be collected by the medical department. Medical staff will review the Medical Services Request Form to determine if the inmate will be seen immediately or can be scheduled for regular sick call. The inmate’s request for medical services will be triaged within 24 hours of receipt of the request. Medical staff will respond to any emergency. A qualified healthcare professional shall visit inmates in segregation on a daily basis, to address the healthcare needs and to pick up Medical Services Request Forms. Complaints for the quality of healthcare services shall utilize the Administrative Remedy Program. Clinics are normally open during regularly scheduled hours Monday through Friday.

  • Updated Information Submission by Interconnection Customer The updated information submission by the Interconnection Customer, including manufacturer information, shall occur no later than one hundred eighty (180) Calendar Days prior to the Trial Operation. The Interconnection Customer shall submit a completed copy of the Electric Generating Unit data requirements contained in Appendix 1 to the LGIP. It shall also include any additional information provided to the Participating TO and the CAISO for the Interconnection Studies. Information in this submission shall be the most current Electric Generating Unit design or expected performance data. Information submitted for stability models shall be compatible with the Participating TO and CAISO standard models. If there is no compatible model, the Interconnection Customer will work with a consultant mutually agreed to by the Parties to develop and supply a standard model and associated information. If the Interconnection Customer's data is materially different from what was originally provided to the Participating TO and the CAISO for the Interconnection Studies, then the Participating TO and the CAISO will conduct appropriate studies pursuant to the LGIP to determine the impact on the Participating TO’s Transmission System and affected portions of the CAISO Controlled Grid based on the actual data submitted pursuant to this Article 24.3. The Interconnection Customer shall not begin Trial Operation until such studies are completed and all other requirements of this LGIA are satisfied.

This funding technique is interest neutral. Average Clearance The State shall request funds such that they are deposited by ACH on the dollar- weighted average day of clearance for the disbursement, in accordance with the clearance pattern specified in Exhibit II. The request shall be made in accordance with the appropriate Federal agency cut-off time specified in Exhibit I. The amount of the request shall be for the exact amount of that disbursement.   • Intellectual Property Rights in Construction Documents, Drawings, and Models The drawings, Specifications and other documents prepared by the Design Professional pursuant to this Contract (including, without limitation, the Construction Documents), are the property of the Owner, whether or not the Project for which they are made commences or completes construction. Oracle monitoring tools do not collect or store any of Your Content residing in the Services, except as needed for such purposes. Oracle does not monitor, and does not address issues with, non-Oracle software provided by You or any of Your Users that is stored in, or run on or through, the Services. Information collected by Oracle monitoring tools (excluding Your Content) may also be used to assist in managing Oracle’s product and service portfolio, to help Oracle address deficiencies in its product and service offerings, and for license management purposes.

  • Failure to Supply Workmen or Materials or to Prosecute the Work A Notice of Non-Compliant Work may be issued for failure of the Contractor to supply enough workers or enough materials or proper materials to prosecute the Work. A Notice of Non-Compliant Work in such event may be based on Article 3.3.2 (Competent Management of Time), and upon the definition of Work as set forth under Paragraph 1.1.9.58.
