NON-SMOKING POLICY CONTRACTOR shall establish a written non-smoking policy 16 shall specify that the facility is “smoke free” and that designated smoking areas are outside the visiting 17 areas at the facility.
No Smoking Policy There will be no smoking allowed anywhere in the premises by anyone. It will be Tenant’s responsibility to convey to and enforce this policy by its employees, agents and all other invitees.
DRUG POLICY Contractor certifies that it maintains a drug free work place environment to ensure worker safety and workplace integrity. Contractor agrees to provide a copy of its drug free workplace policy at any time upon request by the State.
Consensus Policies 3.1 (b)(i) At all times during the term of this Agreement and subject to the terms hereof, Registry Operator will fully comply with and implement all Consensus Policies found at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/general/consensus-policies.htm, as of the Effective Date and as may in the future be developed and adopted in accordance with ICANN’s Bylaws and as set forth below.

Codes of Conduct The Recipient shall maintain written standards of conduct governing the performance of its employees engaged in the award and administration of contracts. No employee, officer, or agent shall participate in the selection, award, or administration of a contract supported by public grant funds if a real or apparent conflict of interest would be involved. Such a conflict would arise when the employee, officer, or agent, any member of his or her immediate family, his or her partner, or an organization which employs or is about to employ any of the parties indicated, has a financial or other interest in the firm selected for an award. The officers, employees, and agents of the Recipient shall neither solicit nor accept gratuities, favors, or anything of monetary value from contractors or parties to subcontracts. The standards of conduct shall provide for disciplinary actions to be applied for violations of the standards by officers, employees, or agents of the Recipient.
General Policies (a) The evaluated job rate arrived at through official evaluation by the Joint Job Evaluation Board will be final and binding upon both parties to the Labour Agreement unless review has been requested as provided in Section 3(a)(ii)(c) or 3(a)(ii)(g). In case of such review the decision of the Job Evaluation Directors or, where appropriate the Independent Review Officer shall be final and binding upon both parties. Where a number of appeals indicate a problem within a job field, the Directors shall refer such problems to the Administrative Committee for final determination.
