Common use of Housing Benefit Clause in Contracts

Housing Benefit. 7.1 The Tenant agrees that the appropriate authority may discuss with the Landlord and the Landlord’s Agent the details of any housing benefit, council tax or universal credit claims made at any time in relation to the renting of the Property.
