Housekeeping Services. The University shall provide housekeeping service in the hallways and other common areas. Student shall provide housekeeping services in their assigned room. Damages. Student is liable for the cost of any repairs made necessary by the fault or negligence of Student or their invited guests. Rules and Regulations. Student shall comply with all rules and regulations for University residence halls and apartments, including but not limited to the rules and regulations posted on the Residence Life website. Students who violate these rules and regulations are subject to disciplinary action and/or termination of the housing contract by the University. Debts to the University. The University may suspend Student’s room and board privileges or terminate the Student’s housing contract if Student owes debt to the University and allows the debt to become delinquent. Cancellation of Housing Contract by New Incoming Students Prior to First Date of Contract Period. New, incoming Students must submit their contract cancellation request to the office of Residence Life via the website or housing portal. If a new Student requests cancellation of a one-year contract prior to August 1, the University will refund the Student’s housing deposit and Student will not incur cancellation fees. If a new Student requests cancellation of a spring semester contract prior to January 1, the University will refund the Student’s housing deposit and Student will not incur cancellation fees. Cancellation of Housing Contract by Returning Students Prior to First Date of Contract Period. Returning Students must submit their contract cancellation request to the office of Residence Life via the website or housing portal. Returning Students who cancel their housing contract prior to the first date of the contract period shall incur a $500 cancellation fee.
Housekeeping Services. Manager will provide for the cleaning of the Unit during and at the end of periods of rental to Resort Guests and during and at the end of periods of Unit Owner Occupancy, and in doing so, will provide linens, towels, hand soaps, shampoo and other sundries in the Unit consistent with the Rental Program Standard, in accordance with then current established daily rates. Resort Guests staying five (5) or more consecutive nights will receive a mid-stay cleaning at no charge. Daily cleaning service to Resort Guests requesting the same shall be provided in accordance with the then current established daily rates. All housekeeping services provided during periods of Unit Owner Occupancy are subject to the provisions of Section 3(k) and Section 4(e).

Reasons for disciplinary action or termination include, but are not limited to: failure of the student to comply with the terms of this contract or be formally enrolled at the university; involvement of the student in actions or activities detrimental to the health, safety, welfare, or security of self or other residents, or activities disruptive to the residence hall community. A housing contract may be immediately suspended and the resident required to vacate the premises when circumstances indicate that the resident’s continued presence in the living unit may constitute danger, or threat of danger, to property, the resident, or others in the housing system.

Housekeeping Services. Once a week, the Community will furnish housekeeping services to the Residence at no additional charge to Resident. If the Resident does not maintain the Residence in a clean, sanitary and safe manner, after written notice to Resident, the Community will have the right to provide any and all necessary additional housekeeping services and the Resident agrees to pay all reasonable charges for such services.

Housekeeping Services. Resident is expected to maintain the Living Unit in a clean, sanitary, and orderly condition and to be responsible for all light housekeeping tasks in the Living Unit. Once a week, the Community will furnish general housekeeping services and will launder linens and towels at no additional charge. If Resident does not maintain the Living Unit in a safe and healthy manner, the Community, after written notice to Resident, will have the right to assume the responsibility for all necessary housekeeping services and to xxxx Resident a reasonable charge for such services.
Housekeeping Services. Housekeeping is provided for all common areas. Frequency of Housekeeping in the Resident’s living unit is defined by the published pricing schedule.

Should the Resident be unwilling to maintain his/her Residence in a clean, sanitary and orderly condition, the Community shall, after notice to the Resident, arrange for the provision of such additional services, and the cost will be charged to the Resident.
