Hours Per Day. Field Operations: Working arrangements may vary as to daily schedules under the reduced workweek. Flexible Hours: On a job-by-job basis, with prior approval of the Senior Electrical Supervisor, a crew may schedule a workday, or workdays, other than the normal workday schedule of 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Hours Per Day. All full-time Employees shall work eight (8) hours per day typically including a 45 minute lunch except on shortened student attendance days or when assigned to noon supervision, in which case they shall have a duty-free lunch period of at least twenty-five (25) minutes. Not more than 24 noon supervisions will be assigned per year. Additionally, employees would be provided the equivalent of 1 period or 45 minutes of planning time per day.
Hours Per Day. Doctors must not be rostered for duty for more than 16 consecutive hours on any given shift unless, in the case of a Registrar, exceptional circumstances exist that require a greater shift length.

The regular part-time working day shall consist of a fixed number of hours, less than eight (8) hours per day, to be established at the beginning of the school year; but subject to review and possible adjustment at the end of the second month of school and at the end of the first semester. Head cooks will work a minimum of seven (7) hours per day during the student school year on days school is in session for a full day and are guaranteed a minimum of two (2) hours for any days worked other than full student days. When a driver is scheduled to commence a field trip within one-half (1/2) hour of the end of her/his regular run, then s/he will remain on the clock. When employees are called in when they are not scheduled to work, they will be paid a minimum of two (2) clock hours.

Hours Per Day. 10 6.7.1 - IRS CODE 3121 (B) (7) (F) requires, effective July 1, 1991, that all unit 11 members working less than four (4) hours contribute to PERS, Social Security, or 12 a qualified alternative plan at a rate of 7.50% of total wages earned.
Hours Per Day. The hours of a normal work day shall be established by the Superintendent and shall not exceed eight (8) hours per day for any assignment. A list of positions and corresponding hours for the next school year will be prepared by the second week in June. The list will be based upon information as of the end of the school year and may be subject to change before the new year begins.

A driver may refuse additional assignments after the completion of eight (8) hours work at the straight time hourly rate if such additional assignment requires more than a total of ten (10) hours of work unless working a 10 hour work day shift. If a driver returns to the terminal without having completed eight (8) hours of straight time work he may refuse additional work assignments which would require more than a total of eleven (11) hours of work for the day. unless working a 10 hour work day shift. Ten (10) hour shift drivers may be assigned work up to the maximum hours allowed by Department of Transportation regulations.. If the additional work assignments fall within the foregoing limitations the driver must accept such additional work assignments. No driver may refuse such additional run in order to drive gainfully either for himself or for another employer. In all cases both the initial run assigned to the driver and any additional runs which he accepts or is assigned must be completed by returning to the terminal even though it takes more than the additional hours indicated.
