HOURS OF WORK ARRANGEMENTS. 6.1 Ordinary hours of work – full time employee A full time employee will be engaged to work 76 ordinary hours including weekends and public holidays with 4 days off per two week cycle.

Definitions have been placed in alphabetical order. Fixed Term Temporary Employee definition has been updated to reflect the Public Sector Act 2022. There are no other changes to this clause.
