Due to ongoing events surrounding COVID-19, all State Parks and their facilities are currently closed and no operations pursuant to the Agreement will be permitted until the Area reopens. During the Initial Term of the Agreement, the Concession shall open and operate from as soon as practicable after the Effective Date of the Agreement’s Initial Term through September 7, 2020 and from May 29, 2021 through September 6, 2021 (“Period of Operation”).
