Common use of HOURS OF OPERATION AND LIMITATIONS Clause in Contracts

HOURS OF OPERATION AND LIMITATIONS. A. During the Initial Term of this Agreement, the Concession shall open and operate from as soon as practicable after the Effective Date of the Agreement’s Initial Term, through December 31, 2018 (“Period of Operation”).

Any day(s) prior to the Period of Operation as well as the month after November 30, 2017, which comprise the remainder of this Agreement’s Initial Term, shall be utilized for Concession set-up, take-down, and boat storage.
