HOURS OF OPERATION AND LIMITATIONS. A. During the Initial Term of this Agreement, Licensee shall open and operate the mobile unit from as soon as practicable after the Effective Date of this Agreement’s Initial Term through December 31, 2021 (“Period of Operation”). During any subsequent Renewal Term(s) of this Agreement, Licensee shall open and operate the mobile unit from January 1st through December 31st (“Period of Operation”).
