Hours Increase. It is KFHPWA’s intent to assign employees an FTE status consistent with the number of hours normally assigned and worked by the employee on a regular, continuing basis. It is not KFHPWA’s intent to permanently increase an employee’s FTE, absent mutual agreement, as a means to permanently filling vacant FTE in the department. In the event that KFHPWA needs to make a temporary increase to an employee’s FTE in order to provide coverage for a vacancy in the process of being filled, the Employer will first ask for volunteers from the unit and shift where changes are needed. When an involuntary increase is needed, the Employer will make a good faith effort to increase the hours of the least senior person on a work unit and shift, subject to patient care needs, staffing considerations, and hours of operation. The Employer will notify the affected employee(s) in writing of the effective date of the increase and, to the extent known, the expected duration of the increase. In the event that an employee who was formerly assigned to a 0.5 or more FTE status is assigned an hour’s increase of more than 0.25 FTE that lasts for six (6) or more months, the employee shall have access to the following options:

  • Step Increase Employees shall move to the next step of the salary schedule, only when agreed to specifically by parties in contract negotiations. If a step increase is provided, it shall be granted to those employees who receive an overall performance evaluation rating of “Effective” or higher. An employee who receives an overall performance evaluation of less than “Effective” shall not be eligible for the Board approved step increase; however, if the affected employee receives an overall performance evaluation of “Effective” or higher for the succeeding year he/she shall be granted the withheld step but not on a retroactive basis.

  • RENT INCREASE 6.1 The Landlord is entitled to increase the Rent payable under this tenancy, either during the Tenancy Term or any subsequent renewal or periodic term, on each anniversary of the start date of this tenancy (“The Rent Increase Date”).   • Pricing Increase Requests Subsequent to the first twelve (12) months of the Contract term and in accordance with the schedule for price adjustments established by OGS, Contractor may request an increase in the pricing contained in the Centralized Contract by submitting an update request based on change in pricing level as contained in Appendix C, Contract Modification Procedure to the OGS Contract Administrator. With any price increase request, in addition to the requirements contained in Appendix C, the Contractor must certify in writing that the price change for the Services is the same as its pricing in its GSA Supply Schedule, and that Contractor documents the request to the satisfaction of the State.
