CLERICAL/CLASSROOM EMPLOYEES‌ Any teacher assistant vacancies which occur during the first semester of the school year shall first be offered, in seniority order, to the employees who worked in teacher aide positions at that worksite at the end of the previous school year, if those employees are currently in another teacher assistant position in the District. Clerical/classroom employees shall not be required but may volunteer to drive a District or school owned vehicle which does not require a Commercial Driver License to operate to transport students as a part of their work duties.
