Hours and Days of operation may vary between a winter and summer schedule, as approved by County. C Use fees; rent. County shall allow Contractor the use of its Designated Transfer and Processing Facilities in exchange for a rent of five hundred dollars ($500.00) per month per Facility. This rental amount shall be considered a Pass-Through Cost by Contractor and shall be construed as such in calculations within Contractor’s annual audited financial statement.
