Hours and Conditions. SECTION 1 To aid the teacher’s authority and effectiveness, the Board and the Administration recognize their responsibility to give all reasonable support. When students require the attention of special counselors, social workers and other professional persons, as determined by a student’s instructional and/or behavior plan, the Board and the administration will take reasonable steps to secure the required assistance for said students. The Board and Association agree to work collaboratively within established building networks to improve the teaching and learning conditions of the school, both academic and behavioral.

  • General Terms and Conditions In consideration of the mutual promises contained in this Agreement, and intending to be legally bound, pursuant to Section 252 of the Act, Verizon and CBB hereby agree as follows:

  • SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS To the extent that Contractor has received an award for Lot 4, Implementation Services, the following terms and conditions apply to Lot 4 Implementation Services. All Services covered under Lot 4 – Implementation Services must be performed within CONUS. OGS recognizes the need to promote the employment of service-disabled veterans and to ensure that certified service-disabled veteran-owned businesses have opportunities for maximum feasible participation in the performance of OGS contracts. School leadership teams will create and publish annual “school operational plans” which will outline working conditions of staff in the building. Such operational plans will be subject to the Superintendent’s review and approval.
