Hourly Employees. Two (2) weeks per year of service (prorated) based on forty (40) hours per week at straight time for full time employees. Severance for part-time employees shall be based on average earnings for the previous twelve (12) months. Extended benefits β Company will continue to provide benefits for six (6) months following date of termination for employees. Hourly employees required to start and/or finish their shifts and/or runs from a location more than forty-five (45) kilometers in one direction from their current location will be entitled to be offered the severance payments outlined above.
