Hourly Cash Allowance. Effective the first full pay period closest to May 19, 2009, the County shall pay each permanent full and part time employee, in addition to their hourly regular earning rate from the salary schedule, a cash allowance of $3.45 per paid status hour that the employee is in paid status excluding overtime, up to a maximum of 80 hours in a pay period, or approximately a maximum of $600 per month. Such hourly cash allowance is compensation for services rendered in that pay period and shall be taken into account for the purposes of computing employees' final compensation for pension purposes, as well as all usual taxation as their regular earning rate from the salary schedule. It shall not be included on the salary schedule and shall not be impacted by future increases on the salary schedule. It is not intended as a supplement toward medical, dental, or any other insurance or benefit.

Effective March 23, 2021, the County will reduce the hourly cash allowance to $0.00 paid per paid status hour that the employee is in paid status, excluding overtime, up to a maximum of 80 hours in a pay period.

In consideration for the foregoing, the County has agreed to increase the I step of the salary scale of each job classification identified in Appendix A by $1.15/hour over a three (3) year period as set forth in Article 6.1 (Salary Scales and Adjustments).

  • Cash Allowances (a) The Guaranteed Price includes cash allowances as set out in the Specifications which shall be expended as Owner directs through the Consultant by a Cash Allowance Disbursement Authorization.

  • CAR ALLOWANCE The Company shall provide the Executive an automobile allowance of $750 per month during the term of Executive’s employment hereunder.

  • Training Allowance Operators who are required by the Employer to provide training to a specified level and to certify to the competency of the employees so trained shall receive twelve dollars ($12) per day while training. In such cases, the most senior qualified operator with the capability to provide training in the required class of equipment shall be given the opportunity to provide such training.

  • TIME ALLOWANCE 5.01 (a) An employee having a grievance or complaint, or a potential grievance or complaint, may confer with his Union Xxxxxxx or with Management during his scheduled working hours, and

  • Per Diem Allowance A per diem allowance of seven dollars and thirty-five cents ($7.35) may be claimed for each twenty-four (24) hour period while away from home.

  • Shoe Allowance The Employer will provide reimbursement to full time employees who have completed probation and who are employed in the kitchen and stewarding departments, once per year in the amount of $60.00 and once every two years in the amount of $60.00 for maintenance and banquet housepersons. The amount shall increase to $75, effective January 1, 2007. Employees will receive said amount as long as the shoes are approved by the employer and as long as the shoes are worn on the job. Payment will be made on or about July 1 upon presentation of proof of purchase.

  • Expense Allowance The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable and necessary expenses incurred by him from time to time in the performance of his duties hereunder, against receipts therefor in accordance with the then effective policies and requirements of the Company.
