If Customer requires a DXC resource to work outside normal working hours, overtime rates may apply as specified in the Contract. DXC will confirm in writing or via e-mail with the Customer prior to the commencement of overtime work. Should a request not be able to be approved by the Customer due to urgency or unavailability of an approver, DXC will perform the work beyond a normal working day in good faith, and will subsequently seek approval, which will not be unreasonably withheld.
