Common use of Hour Workweek Employees Clause in Contracts

Hour Workweek Employees. Ten (10) working days of vacation with pay if he or she shall have been in the service of the City for a period of one (1) year or more but less than five (5) years prior to such anniversary date. Fifteen (15) working days' vacation with pay if he or she shall have been in the service of the City for a period of five (5) years or more but less than six (6) years prior to such anniversary date. Sixteen (16) working days' vacation with pay if he or she shall have been in the service of the City for a period of six (6) years or more but less than eight (8) years prior to such anniversary. Seventeen (17) working days' vacation with pay if he or she shall have been in the service of the City for a period of eight (8) years or more but less than ten (10) years prior to such anniversary. Eighteen (18) working days' vacation with pay if he or she shall have been in the service of the City for a period of ten (10) years or more but less than twelve (12) years prior to such anniversary. Nineteen (19) working days' vacation with pay if he or she shall have been in the service of the City for a period of twelve (12) years or more but less than fourteen (14) years prior to such anniversary.
