Hour Shift Schedule. Employees who work Saturday as part of their regular scheduled work week will be paid a premium of seven dollars and fifty cents ($7.50) per hour for all hours worked on Saturday Shifts. Employees who work Sunday as part of their regular scheduled work week will be paid a premium of one (1) times their regular straight time rate and one (1) times their 10.5 hour blended rate per hour for all hours worked on Sunday Shifts.
