Hour Shift Pattern. This relates to a skeleton 12 hour shift pattern for ash plant and whose prime function will be the maintenance of equipment within the ash handling plant. These positions will also be available for first call breakdown investigative maintenance on station priority work outside normal working hours.

Hour Shift Pattern. As required by Article 5.1, paragraph 2 of the Collective Agreement, the Employer has met with the Association regarding the need to have a 24 hour shift pattern ready for implementation and has reached mutual agreement on a shift pattern. The shift pattern, attached and titled "Combined 12/7 - 24/7 Shift Pattern" shall be included into the Collective agreement with this XXX when the Corporation deems it necessary to implement a 24/7 fulltime shift pattern. It is agreed that the current shift pattern attached and titled "Current Shift Pattern" will remain in place until the time "Combined 12/7 - 24/7 Shift Pattern" is implemented. It is further agreed that the new 24/7 shift pattern will be reviewed 12 months after it has been implemented in order to address any operational concerns that may arise. Following the review, if necessary, the parties agree to meet in order to come to a mutual agreement on an alternative 24/7 shift pattern as per Article 5.1 paragraph 2. In the event that both stations move to a 24/7 shift, this shift pattern will be reviewed and a new shift pattern will be developed and mutually agreed upon by both parties. Related to Hour Shift Pattern

  • Hour Shift An eight (8) hour tour shall be inclusive of an unpaid one-half (1/2) hour meal period, and two fifteen (15) minute paid relief periods.

  • Hour Shifts When the Employer deems it necessary to implement a twelve (12) hour work day, affected employees shall be notified pursuant to Clause 14.05. The following Clauses shall be replaced or added to the Collective Agreement where appropriate.

  • Twelve Hour Shifts Employees shall be entitled, subject to exigencies of patient care and/or departmental requirements, to rest periods during the shift of a total of forty-five (45) minutes.

  • Hour Tours If the Hospital wishes to introduce a 7.5 hour tour, the parties will meet to discuss implementation and to negotiate the appropriate scheduling regulations.

  • Standard Workweek Except as noted below the standard workweek for full-time employees consists of five (5) consecutive eight (8) hour days, Monday through Friday each week. Non-overtime hours and starting and quitting times for such employees shall be the same throughout the standard workweek. The standard workweek does not apply to the following:

  • HOURS OF WORK & OVERTIME (Subject to implementation instructions, the following clauses will appear in all collective agreements replacing any provision related to the Work Week and Work Day, Rest Periods, Overtime Definitions, Overtime/Callback Accumulation, Missed Meal Breaks, Meal Allowance, Time Off Between Shifts, and Change of Schedule that existed in the Hospital’s expiring collective agreement:)

  • Workday/Workweek A. The normal workweek for each full-time employee shall be forty (40) hours.

  • Workday and Workweek The District and the Association recognize the principle of an eight (8) hour unit member workday, and a forty (40) hour workweek for persons employed on a full-time basis during the regular school year.

  • Regular Hours of Work (a) Regular hours of work for Full-time Employees, exclusive of meal periods shall be:

  • Standard Hours of Work 4.2.1 The standard hours of work shall be defined as regularly scheduled twenty-four (24) hours per week or less averaged over each bi-weekly pay period.
