D Responsible for some record keeping and creation of computerized spreadsheets D Data entry D Training of new employees. D Provide leadership, advice or by good example, ensures quality of product meets standards. D Inform department manager of production problems. D Attends production meetings only D Spends 70% - 80% of time in the normal duties of the job classification. D Spends 20% - 30% of time overseeing work. D Does not administer discipline. Any management issues related to employees will be dealt with through the Department Manager. D Does not have a signing authority.
