Hour Personnel. Normal hours of duty for forty (40) hour personnel shall be from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. except for emergencies and agreed upon flex time. If there is a need to change shift schedules for a period of time the City shall be allowed to do so and will give reasonable notice of the change. These changes shall be for a minimum of five (5) working days unless otherwise agreed to by the City and SAFO.

Hour Personnel. All fire fighters and officers assigned to a 24-hour schedule shall be granted forty-eight hours of personal leave time annually. Such personal leave shall be earned at the rate of twelve hours for each three months actually worked.
Hour Personnel. The allowance shall consist of a base which shall be the amount in effect at the end of June in each fiscal year, plus one cent per hour for each 0.4 change in the index up to a maximum of 25.93 cents per hour which shall include the base which existed at the end of June in each respective year. Hour Personnel. All personnel assigned to an eight hour schedule shall be granted thirty-two hours of personal leave time annually. Such leave time shall be earned at the rate of eight hours for each three months actually worked. Personal leave shall be used only for problems that can only be resolved during working hours, and with prior permission of the Department. Such permission shall not be unreasonably withheld provided that use of personal business time will not be approved if to do so would require call-in of any off duty fire fighter/fire officer at overtime rates.   • Our Personnel We will be responsible for the performance of Our personnel (including Our employees and contractors) and their compliance with Our obligations under this Agreement, except as otherwise specified herein.

  • Vendor Personnel Vendor personnel must comply with all hosting facility regulations concerning conduct, electronic devices, entry and security. Failure of Vendor personnel to gain and/or qualify for access to a secure Government session or facility does not relieve Vendor of any financial obligation contained herein.

  • Contractor Personnel Contractor's staff is expected to present a professional appearance. All personnel of the Contractor will be neat, well groomed, properly uniformed in industry standard uniforms and are expected to conduct themselves at all times in a responsible and courteous manner while performing any work under this Agreement and/or whenever they are on District property. The following code of conduct will be adhered to by the Contractor, his agent(s) and/or his employees. If Contractor fails to ensure that its employees or other agents comply with these requirements, then Contractor may be terminated for cause under this Agreement:

  • PROVIDER PERSONNEL 9.1 The Department and Provider agree and acknowledge that in the event of the Provider ceasing to provide the Services or part of them for any reason, Clause 25 (Re-Provision of the Services) of the Agreement will apply.

  • Consultant Personnel Consultant shall provide adequate, experienced personnel, capable of and devoted to the successful performance of the Services under this Agreement. Consultant agrees to assign specific individuals to key positions. If deemed qualified, the Consultant is encouraged to hire City residents to fill vacant positions at all levels. Consultant agrees that, upon commencement of the Services to be performed under this Agreement, key personnel shall not be removed or replaced without prior written notice to the City. If key personnel are not available to perform the Services for a continuous period exceeding 30 calendar days, or are expected to devote substantially less effort to the Services than initially anticipated, Consultant shall immediately notify the City of same and shall, subject to the concurrence of the City, replace such personnel with personnel possessing substantially equal ability and qualifications.

  • Supervision of Contractor Personnel The Contractor must supply all necessary and sufficient supervision over the work that is being performed and will be held solely responsible for the conduct and performance of his employees or agents involved in work under the Agreement.

  • Project Personnel It is understood and agreed that the Project Director identified at Item 3, Page One of this Agreement shall be responsible for the overall supervision and conduct of the Work on behalf of the Contractor and that the persons described in the Statement of Work shall serve in the capacities described therein. Any change of Project Director by the Contractor shall be subject to the prior written approval of NYSERDA. Such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, and, in the event that notice of approval or disapproval is not received by the Contractor within thirty (30) days after receipt of request for approval by NYSERDA, the requested change in Project Director shall be considered approved. In the event that NYSERDA requires additional time for considering approval, NYSERDA shall notify the Contractor within thirty (30) days of receipt of the request for approval that additional time is required and shall specify the additional amount of time necessary up to thirty (30) days.

  • Personnel Provide, without remuneration from or other cost to the Trust, the services of individuals competent to perform the administrative functions which are not performed by employees or other agents engaged by the Trust or by the Adviser acting in some other capacity pursuant to a separate agreement or arrangement with the Trust.
