Hot Tubs. Hot tubs installed for the private use of Occupant shall be allowed only if the entire space is properly fenced with gate locks and heated by propane gas at the sole expense of Occupant.
Hot Tubs. Hot tubs are serviced prior to Renter’s arrival and for reservations extending more than 3 days will be maintained on the 4th rental day and every other day thereafter. Each cabin has Hot Tub rules, procedures, and precautions that must be strictly followed to ensure Renter’s safety, as well as, useful enjoyment during your stay. A posting is placed at each cabin regarding Renter’s use of the Hot Tub. Every effort is made to ensure the Hot Tub is ready to go prior to Renter’s arrival. On occasion the Hot Tub may not be ready upon Renter’s arrival due to cleaning/regular maintenance, which may result in water not being warm enough for use until later in the evening. Hot Tubs left dirty or abused will be subject to a $250 cleaning fee. Any damage to the Hot Tub Cover will result in a $500 replacement fee. Amenities Owner/Agent is not responsible for mechanical failures of non-essential items, including but not limited to hot tubs, televisions, DVD players, music players, internet/telephone/cable access, dishwashers, washer/dryers, fireplaces, air conditioning or any other mechanical device that fails to operate during your stay. Owner/Agent will make every reasonable effort to repair any malfunctioning item during your stay; however, no refunds will be provided for any mechanical failure out of Owner/Agent’s control. Quiet Time We do not permit parties and/or loud music at our properties. Please respect-neighboring properties. All cabins have posted quiet hours from 10:00p.m. to 8:00a.m. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to leave without any refund. Acts of Nature No refunds will be issued for any utility disruption including, but not limited to power outages, water outages, satellite and/or Internet outages, etc… These failures are beyond Owner/Agent’s control and no refund will be given. Lost Items Owner/Agent is not responsible for lost, stolen, or forgotten personal belongings. Please check your cabin thoroughly for any personal belongings when leaving. If you happen to leave something behind, please notify Owner/Agent and we will make all reasonable efforts to search for the item(s) and mail them to you at your expense. Driving Please acknowledge that you are responsible for getting to/from your cabin. Our cabins are remotely located, and some are on long, winding, narrow roads. Hot Tubs. If a hot tub is located at the Rental Property, it has been drained and serviced prior to Guest's arrival. If Guest requests an additional hot tub service during Guest's stay, Guest shall be charged $35.00. Guest acknowledges that the cover of the hot tub must be replaced while not in use and prior to check-out. Guest understands that adjusting the temperature of the hot tub to the highest setting will result in the high limit switch shutting off the power to the hot tub and will render the hot tub unusable. In this event, a technician will have to make a service call to correct the problem and Guest shall be charged for the service. Guest further acknowledges that pets and foreign objects are not allowed in the hot tub, and in either event, a minimum amount of $100.00 may be deducted from Guest's security deposit. Lastly, guidelines for the hot tub will be posted at the Rental Property, which must be followed to ensure safety and maintain the condition of the hot tub.
Hot Tubs. No children under the age of 16 permitted in hot tubs at any time without adult supervision. When using the hot tub, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk. Our housekeepers drain, sanitize, refill and replenish chemicals in all tubs prior to your arrival; therefore, it may not be warm until later that evening. DO NOT SIT OR STAND ON THE HOT TUB COVERS. Hot tub covers are for insulation purposes and are not designed to support a person or persons. They will break and you may be charged $450.00 for replacement. Remember when not using the hot tub, leave cover on so hot tub will stay warm. There will be a $50.00 charge if Guest requires an additional cleaning of the hot tub during their stay. The addition of chemicals, including bath soap or body lotion, will require repair of the hot tub; Guest will be responsible for any service work caused by their misuse of hot tub.

Do not turn the temperature below 101 degrees. Do not stay in Hot Tub more than the recommended 20 minutes. It is a Hot Tub not a swimming pool and it not to be used as one. Due to cleaning and servicing, hot tubs are sometimes not up to full temperature at the time of check-in and may need additional hours to heat. DO NOT SIT OR STAND ON HOT TUB COVER! You will be charged $500.00 if Hot Tub cover needs replaced after your stay.
Hot Tubs. Guests may not add any objects or chemicals to the hot tubs. Guests agree to pay not less than $100, if hot tub has been compromised in such a manner that results in cleaning services being delayed. Hot tubs have been cleaned prior to Guests arrival. If Guests request an additional cleaning of hot tub during stay, Guests agree to pay an additional charge of $50. Guests understand that hot tub usage is at their own risk and will not hold Morning Breeze Cabin Rentals or Property Owner responsible for any injury. It is absolutely forbidden for children to be in the hot tub without a responsible adult.
Hot Tubs. If a hot tub is provided at the Rental Property, it will be prepared and tested for proper and safe chemical levels prior to or on the day of occupancy. If any of the following conditions exist at any time during your occupancy, call the nearest Agent’s office immediately and discontinue use until the tub safe for use: a) Water clarity is milky or bottom of tub/pool is not visible; b) Foam forms on surface when using jets; c) Misuse of tub/pool by spilling foreign substances (a Service Call Charge applies in this instance). Under no circumstances are pets allowed in the hot tub. Due to the possibility of accident or injury, Agent prohibits children from using hot tubs. Also, the chemicals used to keep hot tubs sanitary may cause fading in some swimsuits and some individuals may experience mild skin rashes. Hot tubs MUST be covered after each use. Allowing trash into the hot tub may damage the pumps and/or filters resulting in an expensive repairs and the Tenant will be liable for damages.
Hot Tubs. If you have a hot tub at your Holiday Home, you agree that we will complete all hot tub cleaning, maintenance and inspection services for you. This is to ensure your hot tub is maintained to the same standard as our hire fleet and is safe for our guests. Hot Tubs. If rental property contains a hot tub (spa), Guest is responsible for operating the hot tub in a careful and safe manner. Hot Tubs have been cleaned prior to your arrival. For Guest(s) safety and health, each hot tub is drained, cleaned, disinfected, refilled, chemically treated, and tested following each stay. As the hot tub is drained and refilled prior to each guest stay, it is possible hot tub water may not reach an optimum level upon guest arrival and may take additional time to reach a comfortable temperature. If you encounter a bromine floater device in the hot tub, please do not remove as it is used to continually sanitize the water. There are possible health risks associated with use of hot tubs. Each registered guest is responsible for informing their guest(s) of the possible risks. Persons with heart disease, diabetes, high/low blood pressure, any serious illness, or if pregnant may wish to consult their physician prior to entering the hot tub. Use of hot tub is at Guest’s sole risk. Children under the age of 12 are prohibited from using the hot tub unless accompanied and supervised by their legal guardian. Please keep hot tub cover on hot tub at all times unless hot tub is in use. DO NOT SIT, STAND ON, OR MISTREAT hot tub cover. Cost to Guest to replace a damaged cover is minimum $600.
