HOT TUB. Please note that no alcohol or food may be consumed in the hot tub. Before entering the hot tub we require guests to shower beforehand if they are wearing sun cream, fake tan or waterproof makeup. Should it be necessary to drain, clear out the filter, re-fill and re-heat the hot tub due to the above terms not being adhered to the sum of £250 will be deducted from your Cautionary Deposit. Should there be a hosepipe ban in Sussex, we will keep the hot tubs going for as long as we can, but if they get into a condition that is unclean, they will be drained and out of action until such time as the ban is lifted. In addition, please read the Health & Safety document provided in the property House Book.

HOT TUB. Guest hereby acknowledges that if the rental property Guest has reserved includes a hot tub, Guest is fully aware that the hot tub and surrounding patio/deck can be dangerous, that the deck/patio can be slippery when wet, and that injury is possible irrespective of exercise of care. Guest should observe and adhere to all rules and policies as posted at the rental property. Children under the age of (12) are not allowed to use hot tubs. With full knowledge of the above facts and warnings, Guest accepts and assumes all risks involved in or related to the use of the hot tub and deck/patio areas. Hot tubs may be temporarily unusable during Guest’s stay due to normal maintenance procedures required to keep them clean and sanitized. Hot tubs are prone to temporary or prolonged maintenance issues beyond TRPM’s control. Refunds for non-operational hot tubs will be addressed on a case by case basis at TRPM’s discretion. Refunds for issues with hot tubs will not exceed (20%) of the rental charge up to a maximum amount of ($250.00).

HOT TUB. Tenant is responsible for proper care of the Hot Tub. Hot Tub instructions are posted inside the Cabin. The hot tub must be covered when not in use to retain heat. Do not sit on the hot tub cover or use it for storage. Damage to the cover or the Hot Tub due to the misuse will result in additional charges. Please do NOT set the thermostat higher than 104 degrees. Due to the high temperatures, hot tubs are not suitable for small children, the elderly, or pregnant women. Children should not be left unattended. Time in the hot tub should be limited to 15 minute increments. It is imperative that everyone (adults and children) shower before entering the Hot Tub to remove body oil. Xxxxxx does hereby covenant and agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the owners of the subject property from and against all liability, loss, damages, claims actions (including cost and attorney fees) for bodily injury, paralysis or death and/or property damage, to the extent permissible by law, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Hot Tub.
HOT TUB. The Hot tub undergoes a complete water change and is cleaned and is chemically balanced prior to your arrival. Maximum occupancy is 4 persons. Spa Shock is provided and 1 pack should be added to the water each day. Overuse or misuse of the hot tub may result in a chemical imbalance and could create unhealthy water. Please observe all rules posted. If the water should become cloudy or develop an odor, please call us.

Do not enter the hot tub without prior medical consultation with your doctor. Overexposure to hot water may cause nausea, dizziness and fainting. ● Do not use the hot tub while under the influence of alcohol, narcotics or other drugs that cause sleepiness, drowsiness or raise/lower blood pressure. ● Do not use the hot tub if the temperature is above 104 degrees Fahrenheit (40 degrees Centigrade). Lower water temperatures are recommended for extended use (exceeding 10 – 15 minutes) and for young children. ● Enter and exit slowly. ● Do not place electrical appliances (telephone, radio, TV, etc.) within five feet of the hot tub. ● Do not operate the hot tub during severe weather conditions, e.g. electrical storms or tornadoes. ● Do not use or operate the hot tub if the suction outlet cover is missing, broken or loose.
