HOT AND COLD WATER. Provide an adequate hot and cold water supply to the Premises.
HOT AND COLD WATER. Unrestricted units must maintain a safe and secure water supply. Hot and cold water must be available under pressure for immediate use to all sinks at all times of operation.
HOT AND COLD WATER. Maintaining at all times to the Building an adequate supply of hot and cold water and supplying necessary washing and toilet requisites in the toilet accommodation in the Retained Parts
HOT AND COLD WATER. During Business Hours, to provide an adequate supply of hot water and cold water to the wash basins in any lavatory or kitchen in Demise 1 of which the Tenant has the use;
HOT AND COLD WATER. Hot and cold water for lavatory, drinking and ------------------ office cleaning purposes. If Tenant requires, uses or consumes water for any other purpose, Landlord may install a meter or meters or other means to measure Tenant's water consumption and Tenant further agrees to reimburse Landlord for the cost of the meter or meters and the installation thereof, and to pay for the maintenance of the meter equipment and/or to pay Landlord's cost of installing other means of measuring such water consumption by Tenant. Within ten (10) days after receipt of a xxxx from Landlord setting forth the cost of all water consumed by Tenant (including sewer rents). Tenant shall pay Landlord the amount so billed;
HOT AND COLD WATER. Landlord, at its expense, shall furnish adequate hot and cold water to the Building for drinking, lavatory and cleaning purposes. If Tenant uses water for any other purpose, Landlord, at Tenant’s expense, shall install meters to measure Tenant’s consumption of cold water and/or hot water for such other purposes as the case may be. Tenant shall pay for the quantities of cold water and hot water shown on such meters, at Landlord’s cost thereof, on the rendition of Landlord’s bills therefor.
HOT AND COLD WATER. JUBILEE shall furnish hot and cold water in the pipes and faucets provided for those purposes during the term of this Lease except when prevented by strike, accident, or other cause beyond the control of JUBILEE, and except during the repairing of the apparatus provided in the Building for furnishing water. The RESIDENT shall exercise due diligence in conserving water. JUBILEE shall not be liable for any injury or damage whatsoever which may arise or accrue, either from its furnishing or its inability to furnish hot or cold water, on account of any defect in the Building or Unit, unless the injury or damage is proximately caused by the intentional conduct or negligence of JUBILEE. JUBILEE shall not be responsible for any damage to the RESIDENT’S property resulting from any water source, whether the damage results from water entering the Building as the result of rain, a leak in the roof or walls, or RESIDENT’S negligence, or any sewer that may back up.
HOT AND COLD WATER. 5.1 Hot and cold water will be supplied by the Kibbutz on the conditions and for the consideration mentioned in Appendix 5.1 (hereinafter: "the Water Price").
