Hosting Services. 1.1 We shall use reasonable endeavours to maintain twenty-four (24) hour online presence for the Licensed Materials but cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted use. There will be times when We will be required to interrupt the provision of the Hosting Services in order to carry out routine maintenance, repairs, reconfigurations or upgrades on a regular basis or in circumstances beyond Our control.
