Hosting Fee. 2.1 Hosting Fees for the ASP Solution under this Amended and Restated Order (Hosting Fee) shall be as set forth in Section 2.0 of Appendix B of the Amended and Restated Agreement.
Hosting Fee. During the Term of this Agreement, Client shall pay XXXX the ------------ hosting fees described in Exhibit C-1 attached hereto. Client shall be responsible for all fixed and cumulative charges. In addition to XXXX'x other remedies, if Client fails to pay XXXX any amounts when due under this Agreement, Client will pay interest on that amount at the rate of 1.5 % per month or such lesser maximum rate of interest permitted under applicable law. All fees or other payments required under this Agreement shall be paid by Client in United States currency.
Hosting Fee. For each Channel, AT&T shall pay STI an annual hosting fee of ***. In the event that AT&T requests that STI increase its capacity by greater than *** its forecasted capacity for STI to process Transactions over the next ***, then the Parties will work together through the Change Control process documented in the MSA with respect to the increased equipment or infrastructure required for STI to acquire to increase such capacity and to mutually determine if any additional fees are applicable. Any such increase in transaction estimates provided by AT&T will follow the existing Technology Fees set forth in Table 9.1 above without incremental cost to AT&T.

The formula is: Hosting Fee = (Electrical Meter Reading + Electrical Meter Reading * 3% Electrical Power Loss) * Electricity Rate $0.060/kWh. The Hosting Fee is an all-inclusive hosting price which covers all the hosting costs incurred by the Client, including, without limitation, Internet usage fees and hosting management. The Client agrees to pay Host all fees, expenses, charges and obligations, including the Hosting Fee, incurred from time to time in relation to the Services in accordance with the terms set forth on the “Schedule of Deposits, Fees & Payments” attached hereto as Exhibit B.

In the event that AT&T requests that Supplier increase such Channel’s capacity by greater the Capacity Expectation, then the Parties will work together through the Change Control process documented in the applicable Order with respect to the increased equipment or infrastructure required for Supplier to acquire to increase such capacity and to mutually determine if any additional fees are applicable. Any such increase in Customer Orders estimates provided by AT&T will follow the existing Technology Fees set forth in Table 1 (no change to the fees in Table 1). Hosting Fee. The license fee includes access to the content on the publisher’s server for five years following completion of delivery of the content. Thereafter, the publisher may charge a hosting fee of no more than 5% of the current license price of a collection comparable in size to the hosted content. This fee will be waived as long as the Licensee continues to license future content. The Licensee shall also have the right to locally host the content in accordance with Clause XIII.
Hosting Fee. The Hosting Fee for AWS independent reserved instance, if opted for by Company, shall be payable as per the terms and conditions of Amazon Internet Service Pvt. Ltd (AISPL). Such charges shall be payable as per the terms and conditions set out by AISPL, which shall be mutually agreed in writing.
Hosting Fee. The Client will pay M Agency Inc to host the Web Site in an amount as set forth in the Marketing Order (the hosting fee). The hosting fee will commence when the Web Site is approved by Client. So long as the Web Site is being hosted by M Agency Inc, Client may want Maintenance to be performed on the Web Site, and in such a case, Client agrees to provide M Agency Inc with the updated or additional Client- Provided Materials, in electronic format, to be incorporated into the Web Site, and Client agrees to notify M Agency Inc of obsolete Materials to be deleted from the Web Site. Included in the monthly hosting fee is one hour of Maintenance per month provided by M Agency Inc or its agents. Any Maintenance work that exceeds the inclusive one hour will be billed and invoiced to Client on an hourly- rate basis, at a rate not less than $125.00 per hour. This hourly rate is subject to future adjustments, of which Client will be notified in writing prior to adjustment. Invoices will be paid within seven days of the payment date set forth therein.
Hosting Fee. Impresse shall pay VerticalNet a service fee of $[*] for the hosting and maintenance of the Co-Branded Site and the V-Solutions Link, payable pursuant to the terms of Section 4.5.
