Safety Standards Performance of the Contract for all commodities or contractual services must comply with requirements of the Occupational Safety and Health Act and other applicable State of Florida and federal requirements.
Security Standards The Provider shall implement and maintain commercially reasonable security procedures and practices that otherwise meet or exceed industry standards designed to protect Student Data from unauthorized access, destruction, use, modification, or disclosure, including but not limited to the unauthorized acquisition of computerized data that compromises the security, confidentiality, or integrity of the Student Data (a "Security Breach"). For purposes of the DPA and this Exhibit G, "Security Breach" does not include the good faith acquisition of Student Data by an employee or agent of the Provider or LEA for a legitimate educational or administrative purpose of the Provider or LEA, so long as the Student Data is used solely for purposes permitted by SOPPA and other applicable law, and so long as the Student Data is restricted from further unauthorized disclosure.
Information Technology Accessibility Standards Any information technology related products or services purchased, used or maintained through this Grant must be compatible with the principles and goals contained in the Electronic and Information Technology Accessibility Standards adopted by the Architectural and Transportation Barriers Compliance Board under Section 508 of the federal Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C. §794d), as amended. Privacy Policies Each party will make available a Privacy Policy that complies with Law. Xxxxxx’s Privacy Policy explains how and for what purposes Stripe collects, uses, retains, discloses and safeguards the Personal Data you provide to Stripe.
Data and Privacy 22.1 In making a booking we will ask for personal information such as your name, postal address, email address, telephone number and payment details. We could use the data to inform you about news and information we think may be of interest to you. We will not pass your information onto any third parties for the purposes of administration. Contractors will not be allowed to use your personal information for any other purpose that that which Pebble House may have instructed. By booking with us you are deemed to have consented to the use of personal information for these purposes. Privacy Shield To the extent that MailChimp processes any Customer Data protected by EU Data Protection Law under the Agreement and/or that originates from the EEA, in a country that has not been designated by the European Commission or Swiss Federal Data Protection Authority (as applicable) as providing an adequate level of protection for Personal Data, the parties acknowledge that MailChimp shall be deemed to provide adequate protection (within the meaning of EU Data Protection Law) for any such Customer Data by virtue of having self-certified its compliance with Privacy Shield. MailChimp agrees to protect such Personal Data in accordance with the requirements of the Privacy Shield Principles. If MailChimp is unable to comply with this requirement, MailChimp shall inform Customer.
Quality Standards Each Party agrees that the nature and quality of its products and services supplied in connection with the other Party's Marks will conform to quality standards set by the other Party. Each Party agrees to supply the other Party, upon request, with a reasonable number of samples of any Materials publicly disseminated by such Party which utilize the other Party's Marks. Each Party will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and customs and obtain any required government approvals pertaining to use of the other Party's marks.
Health Information System i. As required by 42 CFR 438.242(a), the MCP shall maintain a health information system that collects, analyzes, integrates, and reports data. The system shall provide information on areas including, but not limited to, utilization, grievances and appeals, and MCP membership terminations for other than loss of Medicaid eligibility.
Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act The following clauses apply to any Federal-aid construction contract in an amount in excess of $100,000 and subject to the overtime provisions of the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act. These clauses shall be inserted in addition to the clauses required by 29 CFR 5.5(a) or 29 CFR 4.6. As used in this paragraph, the terms laborers and mechanics include watchmen and guards.
Privacy Statement 6.1. The Parties agree to keep all information related to the signing and fulfillment of this Agreement confidential, and not to disclose it to any third parties, except for subcontractors involved in this agreement, unless prior written consent is obtained from the other Party. Should subcontractors be engaged under this agreement, they are required to adhere to its terms and conditions.
