Hospital’s Responsibilities. 5.1 Hospital shall be responsible for providing a graduate medical educational experience and Training Program through faculty planning, teaching, supervision, and evaluation of residents consistent with ACGME requirements.
Hospital’s Responsibilities. A. Experience: Hospital shall accept from School the mutually agreed upon number of students enrolled in program and shall provide these students with supervised and appropriate clinical experiences.
Hospital’s Responsibilities. The provisions of this Section 3 shall apply during the period from the Effective Date through termination of this Agreement.
Hospital’s Responsibilities. All obligations created hereunder are agreed to by Clinic on behalf of Hospital. Clinic shall, in its agreement with Hospital, require that Hospital comply with the following terms.
Hospital’s Responsibilities. 2.1 Hospital, being a non-profit corporation in the State of , shall at all times: (i) be and remain legally organized and operated to provide the services required by this Agreement in a manner consistent with all State and federal laws, rules and regulations; (ii) be and remain eligible to participate in all federally-funded health care programs, including, without limitation, Medicare and Medicaid; (iii) have within its engagement a sufficient number of employees who meet the requirements of this Agreement; and (iv) discharge the duties of this Agreement.
Hospital’s Responsibilities. A. Access to HOSPITAL. HOSPITAL shall allow student(s) and instructor(s) in the Program to access HOSPITAL as appropriate and necessary for the Program, provided that the student(s) or instructor(s) shall not interfere with HOSPITAL activities. HOSPITAL shall also provide space for conferences, as available, and access to HOSPITAL’s Medical Resource Library during normal Library hours.
