Hospital Representatives. Should either the Union or the Hospital wish to increase the number of members attending, the Chair of the party making the request must notify the Chair of the other party forty-eight (48) hours in advance. Consistent with the provisions of Article 6.03, the standing agenda will not be restricted to discussion of workloads and can be expanded to items of mutual interest.

Hospital Representatives. The Committee will meet on a minimum every three (3) months. Ad hoc meetings as necessary. The Committee will be co-chaired by the Union and Hospital. Information pertaining to and including schedules is to be provided to the Scheduling Committee at least eight (8) weeks in advance of the implementation of any changes in Unit scheduling practices. Terms of Reference shall be developed and reviewed each year. The Terms of Reference and any revisions made to it will be mutually agreed to by the Committee. Each unit will provide a copy of their current posted full-time and part-time schedules to the Scheduling Committee and Bargaining Unit President by March 31st of each year and any new or revised master rotations following March 31st of each year.

  • Designated Representatives (a) With the delivery of this Agreement, the Subordination Agent shall furnish to each Liquidity Provider and each Trustee, and from time to time thereafter may furnish to each Liquidity Provider and each Trustee, at the Subordination Agent’s discretion, or upon any Liquidity Provider’s or any Trustee’s request (which request shall not be made more than one time in any 12-month period), a certificate (a “Subordination Agent Incumbency Certificate”) of a Responsible Officer of the Subordination Agent certifying as to the incumbency and specimen signatures of the officers of the Subordination Agent and the attorney-in-fact and agents of the Subordination Agent (the “Subordination Agent Representatives”) authorized to give Written Notices on behalf of the Subordination Agent hereunder. Until each Liquidity Provider and each Trustee receives a subsequent Subordination Agent Incumbency Certificate, it shall be entitled to rely on the last Subordination Agent Incumbency Certificate delivered to it hereunder.

The number of representatives is set out in the Appendix of Local Provisions and the membership of the Committee may be expanded by mutual agreement.

  • Staff Representatives A. The Union will provide the Employer with a written list of staff representatives and the bargaining unit for which they are responsible. The Union will provide written notice to the Employer of any changes within thirty (30) calendar days of the changes.
