Hospital Policies and Procedures. The Resident shall follow all administrative policies, procedures, rules and regulations of the Hospital and the Graduate Medical Education Policies and Procedure manual, as the same may hereafter be modified and/or amended, as determined by the Hospital. By signing this Agreement, the Resident acknowledges receipt and understanding of the above referenced information.

Hospital Policies and Procedures. The Fellow is subject to all Hospital policies and procedures governing Hospital employees during the term of the fellowship, including the Hospital's Intellectual Property Policy and Substance Abuse Policy. The Fellow acknowledges receiving a copy of the Hospital's Substance Abuse Policy and Intellectual Property Policy as well as the Hospital’s Resident and Fellow Supervision, Evaluation and Discipline Policy.

  • Policies and Procedures i) The policies and procedures of the designated employer apply to the employee while working at both sites.

  • Violence Policies and Procedures The Employer agrees to have in place explicit policies and procedures to deal with violence. The policy will address the prevention of violence, the management of violent situations, provision of legal counsel and support to employees who have faced violence. The policies and procedures shall be part of the employee's health and safety policy and written copies shall be provided to each employee. Prior to implementing any changes to these policies, the employer agrees to consult with the Association.
