Honoring Credit Cards. Company agrees that Company and Company's Stores will honor any Credit Card, and to the extent permitted by Applicable Law Bank will permit Company, at Company's option, to honor other credit cards for Company's Affiliates issued by Bank provided that Company will provide Bank with at least thirty (30) days advance written notice of its intent to honor such other credit cards, (and the Authorized Users of such Credit Cards) properly issued and currently authorized by Bank. In addition, if mutually agreed by Bank and Company, Company agrees that Company and Company's Stores will honor any credit card for Company's former Affiliates issued by Bank (and the Authorized Users of such credit cards) properly issued and currently authorized by Bank. Company agrees that it shall deliver to Bank all Transaction Records evidencing transactions made under the Plan, in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and the Operating Procedures.
Honoring Credit Cards. Spiegel Group agrees that Spiegel Group and Spiegel Group's Stores will honor any Credit Card properly issued and currently authorized by Bank pursuant to the Plan, Bank's Xxxxx Xxxxx credit cards and to the extent agreed to by Spiegel Group and Bank on a case-by-case basis, any other credit cards owned by Bank that Bank has designated. Spiegel Group shall deliver to Bank all Transaction Records evidencing transactions made under the Plan, in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and the Operating Procedures.
Honoring Credit Cards. Company agrees that Company will honor any Credit Card and/or Account properly issued and currently authorized by Bank under the Plan. In addition, as of the Effective Date, and subject to Schedule 3.1, there will be Cross Shopping between and among the CHRS Businesses, meaning Company will accept for payment all CHRS Business Cards properly issued and currently authorized by Bank. Furthermore, Company shall, in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and the Operating Procedures, deliver to Bank all Transaction Records evidencing transactions made under the Plan. Nothing herein shall require or permit Company to accept or honor any credit card of Bank other than a Credit Card issued hereunder or a CHRS Business Card.
Honoring Credit Cards. Stage agrees that Stage and Stage's Stores will honor any Credit Card properly issued and currently authorized by Bank pursuant to the Plan, and shall deliver to Bank all Transaction Records evidencing transactions made under the Plan, in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and the Operating Procedures.
Honoring Credit Cards. Pier 1 agrees that Pier 1 will honor any Credit Card properly issued and currently authorized by Bank pursuant to the Plan. In addition, Pier 1 shall, in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and the Operating Procedures, deliver to Bank all Transaction Records evidencing transactions made under the Plan.
Honoring Credit Cards. Samuxxx xxxees that Samuxxx xxx Samuxxx' Xxores will honor any Credit Card properly issued and currently authorized by Bank, and shall deliver to Bank all Transaction Records evidencing transactions made under the Plan in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and the Operating Procedures.
Honoring Credit Cards. DWR agrees that DWR and DWR’s Stores will honor any Credit Card properly issued and currently authorized by Bank pursuant to the Plan, and shall deliver to Bank all Transaction Records evidencing transactions made under the Plan, in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and the Operating Procedures.
Honoring Credit Cards. Zale agrees that Zale will honor any Credit Card (or prior to the Conversion Date, any Zale Program Credit Card) properly issued and currently authorized by Bank pursuant to the Program. In addition, Zale shall deliver to Bank all Transaction Records evidencing transactions made under the Program.
Honoring Credit Cards. Company agrees that Company and Company Retail Channels will honor any Credit Card. Company shall deliver to Bank all Transaction Records evidencing transactions made under the Plan, in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and the Operating Procedures.
Honoring Credit Cards. In addition, if mutually agreed by Bank and Company, Company agrees that Company and Company's Stores will honor any credit card for Company's former Affiliates issued by Bank (and the Authorized Users of such credit cards) properly issued and currently authorized by Bank. Company agrees that it shall deliver to Bank all Transaction Records evidencing transactions made under the Plan, in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and the Operating Procedures.
