A home 175 warranty plan provides for repair or replacement of many of a home’s mechanical systems and major built-in 176 appliances in the event of breakdown due to normal wear and tear during the agreement’s warranty period.

HOME WARRANTY. HOME WARRANTY. If a home warranty exists regarding the property, then for any repairs covered by the warranty, the Owner must comply with the terms of the warranty contract and bears sole responsibility of utilizing the warranty. Owner agrees that such warranty and compliance with same shall not override or interfere with BPM’s right to effect items or service to the Property as set forth above. Owner assumes all responsibility for renewal of warranty contract(s) and payment of policy premiums. $50.00 fee billed to owner for each item called into home warranty.
HOME WARRANTY. If OWNER requires AGENT to negotiate with any home warranty program, OWNER shall pay AGENT at an hourly rate of $100.00 per hour.
