Holidays Worked. If an employee is required to work on a legal holiday listed above the employee will be paid for any hours actually worked on a legal holiday at their regular rate of pay, plus an additional payment computed at the employee’s overtime rate, for the hours actually worked by the employee on that legal holiday.
