HOLIDAYS WITH PAY. (a) All employees other than relief employees (as defined) shall be entitled to the following holidays without deduction from their wages: New Year's Day, Australia Day, Hobart Regatta Day (South of Oatlands), Labour Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Easter Tuesday, ANZAC Day, Queen's Birthday, Show Day (as defined), Recreation Day (where Hobart Regatta Day is not observed), Christmas Day and Boxing Day.

(a) All employees employees, other than relief shift workers and casual employees (as defined) shall be entitled to the following holidays without deduction from their wages: weekly wages:- Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Day, Australia Day, Hobart Regatta Day (South of Oatlands), Labour Eight Hours Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Easter Tuesday, ANZAC Anzac Day, Queen's Birthday, Show Day (as defined), defined in Clause 7) and Recreation Day (in those districts where Hobart Regatta Day is not observed), Christmas Day and Boxing Dayor such other day as may be observed in the locality in lieu of any of the aforementioned holidays.
