Common use of HOLIDAYS DEFINED Clause in Contracts

HOLIDAYS DEFINED. The holidays referred to throughout this Agreement are the following: New Year’s Day, President’s Day, (the third Monday in February), Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx’x birthday, as cele- brated locally by the Cincinnati Public School System. The Authority shall determine the number of employees required to work on a holiday.
