Common use of Holidays and Vacation Clause in Contracts

Holidays and Vacation. Executive shall be eligible to accrue up to four (4) weeks of paid vacation per year and will receive paid Company holidays in accordance with Company policy. In addition, Executive will be entitled to three (3) personal days per calendar year. All available time off must be used in accord with the Company's policies and procedures. To the extent Executive would be entitled to a greater number of vacation days or personal days under any other Company policy, such other policy shall govern.
